Wow wow wow, very rude and disrespectful to my dispatcher. Called her ignorant and she should be fired! Unbelievable that Brothers would hire such unprofessional people that needs to be and do professional work. Needs some training on etiquette and professionalism! No wonder I see all the negative reviews on this company! Good luck…you’ll need it to keep the doors open!

Once again,the Google reviews don't lie.Please read!!!Verry unprofessional and rude people.As the other truckers stated-they will threating you with FREIGHT GUARD if you don't do the load.We had to return the load 5 min after we received it,due to the incorrect information.The language they use is at least unappropriate.Jeffrey is the person who handles all dirty talks for this company.We are NOT giving any more trucks to them.

People from this company will report your company everywhere if you report them for bad business. DO NOT USE them as carrier or customer because they don’t care about anything except their own profit. They deserve 0 stars. Don’t deal with this people because they will try to do anything to make you look bad because they have few people working only at hunting people who report them. Save your time and don’t use them. Check the comments, they have excuses for all reports of their company.

By far the worst experience and attitude this firm has. I suggest you avoid this firm as well avoid talking to Ivan from their brokerage department.

I will be sending in a review on DAT as well, they deserve zero loads to be transported.

-These people, especially Ivan, I mean this man is crazy really. They have about 30+ one star DAT reviews, and they respond in a defensive way such as "oh yeah its always the brokers fault and never the carriers" someone should really go and read those comments it is hilarious what these guys are doing to truck drivers and dispatchers.

One word of advice? STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!

2-9-2017 UPDATE:

These people are now still harassing us and leaving threatening voice mails. It's funny because they don't realize our office lines are tied to government lines and their number pops up anonymous and traces back immediately to them as well the voicemail comes in on our on-call cell phone and traces back once more directly to their office.

Today we will file a police report.

Just a piece of advice, if you CAN survive by not dealing with them, do it. Even if you can't survive without them, let them fail as well.

People Plz listen to the reviews. The actual staff is sweet that you deal with. Then there is Ivan very rude guy. Very unprofessional individual. Do not work with them. For some reason he thinks we need them and we don’t. All over not sending a rate con back in 20 mins. Then he says “your driver is not ready” I’m booking the load for when he gets empty duh. Again do not use him it’s a waste of time, I’ve never worked with a broker that was this disrespectful as him.

They don't deserve even one star ! This gentleman should not be allowed to associate with any person, let alone run a company. Such a nasty human being, yelling and screaming at me for something that is no fault to us. Honestly wish I had seen these reviews before booking, even if you are stuck, do not use this company. Waited to be paid to write this review, not trustworthy at all.

Fake review? LOL Sir, the reviews here speak to your personality and way of dealing with carriers. I was HONEST in my review hence why I included that detail, I suppose the other 70 reviews are fake as well.

What can I say that all the comments before mine haven’t said. All the reviews describe these low life’s to a T. They have no respect for drivers, they will purposefully write a bad review on TIA Watchdog even though you pick up and deliver a load on time. Don’t do loads for these guys because, funny to be said, they really are the DEVIL.
