EXCELLENT SERVICE. POLITE TECHNICIANS. HONEST PRICING. Brinker replaced my 22 year old unit after it failed. Of the three quotes received, Brinker was the lowest and their equipment proposed had the highest efficiency rating of SEER2 22 with well known brand name equipment. Dale provided a same day proposal and fortunately for me, the unit was able to be shipped in two days to their warehouse and was then installed the next day. I tested the unit yesterday and was able to maintain 68°F while it was 95°F outside and 104°F heat index. Thanks again Brinker for your fantastic service and overall experience.

Contacted several HVAC companies for price quotes on a new Heat Pump/Fan Coil system, after all the bids came in, I went with the Brinker Family owned business because after talking to Dale the owner about my needs and budget he was able to spec out a system to satisfy all my concerns. Price was very reasonable and quality of work was excellent. Dale and Monica have a relatively small amount of employees and you can tell they are all treated as family by their attention to detail and quality of the finished product. Job was finished on time and I’m very happy with the performance and price of the system Dale spec’ed out for us. Thanks Monica for very punctual follow up on scheduling and questions I had.

The serviceman (Dillon) came in and within 30 seconds had the problem figured out with confidence and about 10 minutes later it was resolved without a doubt in his mind and it was. He took care of another matter for me that took about 20 minutes and the bill was cheaper than any company that I’ve used for this type of work. Very professional.

Brinker Heating and Cooling have always been there when we needing them the most. We had an incident when it was freezing cold and our unit froze and Dale came out to fix it within the day. We just had our unit go out and blowing hot air with temps in the 100s. I called and Monica put me on the list and they were out within 24 hours to fix it. Dale and Monica are such kind people. Dylan came out and got us fixed up. We had an issue with a short, he came out the first time and thought he had it fixed. When we noticed it wasn't fixed I notified him and he came right back out as soon as he was available, isolated the issue and fixed it.

Previously I had Armor Heating & Air come out and they swapped the capacitor out but the one they put in was extremely damaged and that was 2 months before my service call with Brinker. I had an extra capacitor for my A/C unit in the garage and Dylan replaced the damaged one with the one I had without hesitating and without adding any extra charge.

Everything was extremely affordable compared to my previous service calls with other companies. I was also treated like a human, which is rare when dealing with bigger companies. I definitely recommend this company.
