Horrible moving experience. The quote they gave us and the amt the 3rd party movers gave were completely different. Not only did they not disclose they even used third party shippers for moving, they never said anything about the shippers being able to up charge and change pricing at the time of the move. They charged ahead of time to ship a motorcycle only to have to shippers add a charge for the bike at the time of the move. To make matters worse, the movers said we'd have to pay more to ship the bulk items (bed, shelves, crate, computer desk).... because we didn't break everything down first. Which we shouldn't have to do to begin with. We were charged over 3k more!!! Double the original price quote for them to take a motorcycle, one book shelf and one box. Customer service has been spotty at best and we STILL haven't gotten a delivery date 2 weeks later........ Proceed with caution when using this company!!!

BrightStar Storage is a great storage facility. The owner, Paul, is very helpful and the facility is always clean and well maintained. I've used them twice for trailer storage and both times were great experiences. They have an excellent automated gate which works very well and keeps everything secure. And they have some covered storage spots for RVs, which isn't so common around here. Paul is super to deal with. Highly recommend this place!

I have rented a space from Bright Star for almost 4 years now. I have lived out of State and I have often called on Paul for questions and help and he is always attentive to my needs. I called on Paul for some help when cleaning out my unit and once again he was polite and helpful as always. The units are clean and the grounds are kept up nicely. We had our RV stored under the carport for the past year. The facility is very secure and reasonably priced. We had no issues other than freezing. Ex-California residents don't understand winterizing. Thankfully our new RV garage is almost complete.

My family, along with my in-laws (3 other households), recently moved into this area from out of state. We wouldn't have done anything differently when it comes to using Brightstar RV & Mini Storage.

Paul Middleton helped our families get set up with several storage units--all of which were easy to access, extremely clean, and priced well compared to other units we originally considered.

*The most important part of our positive experience with Brightstar to me and my relatives, was the outstanding service we received.*

My brother-in-law and I made about a half-dozen 11-hour one-way trips to AZ from CA over a three month period. We were hauling 12x6 cargo trailers packed to the brim, as we were chipping away at moving as much as we can before our final move, with two 26'' U-haul trucks, into Prescott Valley.

Throughout these multiple trips, Paul was absolutely amazing in accommodating our needs, where at times, we would drive in later in the day and we would have to unload a bit passed their normal business hours--Paul didn't hesitate to let us know that we didn't have anything to worry about and not feel rushed if we went passed their closing time. This brought great relief to us.

Beyond that, Paul let us park our cargo trailers in their lot overnight, and pick them up the next day on our way back to CA. These seemingly small gestures of accommodation he made for us, were invaluable to us in many ways. Needless to say, all four households have been very happy with using Brightstar for our storage needs, and having Paul take care of us.

Evidently, Brightstar is highly recommended... 5-Stars for Brightstar--thank you!

It was all that you would hope to get from a top shelf storage facility. We just needed a short term storage unit and of course it was a short 14 months. The only issue we had was with the door and they dropped everything and fixed it at that moment. Very friendly and attentive. Run very professionally. Thank you very much!
