I have rented for 5yrs and very happy with Susan. She is the most sweet understanding person. I just wish they would give us senior citizens a discount. It's very hard when they keep upping the prices. Seniors live on a fixed income. Please consider a discount for loyal customers as nd seniors. 😊

Horrible experience. We’ve been using Brea U-Store since 1999. We recently cleaned out the storage unit and they refused to give our $25 deposit back. (The walls were cracked, water damage and mold covered 1/4 of our boxes. The employee could care less) It’s not a matter of money, but principle. The employee referenced our “contract” that was signed nearly 20 years ago. If you care about treating people with respect and receiving the same in return, take your business elsewhere. If I could give “0” stars, I would.
