I spent $150 and they followed me outside to my car to stop me and look in my bag because they thought I stole something. That's flase imprisonment and a false accusation. I should probably have an attorney contact them. The employees follow you throughout the store and make you feel extremely uncomfortable and creeped out. That tells me it's the owner who's the problem. I've been a customer for decades. Never shopping here again. They just lost a very good customer. That's no way to treat people, especially a Marine veteran. Everything is overpriced there anyway. The owner is a miserable, paranoid, rude, crook and a horrible businessman and could use some therapy and business classes. They're hostile towards their customers.

Always perfect to conduct business. Purchased a pair of snake boots that did not fit so well once I got them home. No issues with retuning the boots for a full refund. A+++ Thanks

Best gun buying experience I’ve ever had.
I was looking for a Henry 30 30, so I called up the other day to see if they had any. Not only did they have some, they had an ENTIRE section for Henry’s plus tons of other guns, I mean, remarkable selection that gives a chain store like Palmetto State Armory a run for their money. Rebecca helped me find the perfect Henry and was amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I will be coming back all the way from Savannah next time I buy a gun. Thank you Rebecca!

Before I went to this establishment, I read all of the reviews. The good and the bad, so I thought I’d give them a try. Not knowing what to expect, I tried calling them about a particular firearm three times. Each time each person that I spoke with was very cordial and informative about the item that I was interested in so I thought about going in to see what all the negative comments that they were receiving was all about. When I walked up to the front door I saw many signs posted on it but there was one that really caught my eye. On it read something to the effect, “Pull up your pants before entering.” I thought with a chuckle, “Man, this is going to be interesting!” So I walked right in and was surprisingly greeted very well by a gentleman behind the counter. Not telling the man what I was really there for, he assisted me very well with what I claimed to be there for. He and a lady were very nice and polite. I was so pleased with my visit at this fine establishment, I decided to spend some money. I left there with what I claimed I wanted and then some. I was truly satisfied with my purchases and they even gave me a T-shirt to boot! Customer satisfaction is what is missing in this world today but not here. I can’t wait to make another drive south to visit these folks again! Sometimes you just can’t make a decision by reading the negative reviews until you check the establishments out yourself. There are just too many Karen’s and Chad’s out there with agendas. As far as prices go, I price checked them comparing them to the big box stores and they seemed to be pretty much in line actually with more variety. I’d give these folks 10 stars if I could while tipping my hat for the Southern hospitality. Y’all go see these folks, (Just make sure you pull up your pants before going in!) I’m sure they have something for you even if you’re a Karen or a Chad! Job well done Brantley Marine and Guns you passed my little personal test!

Best service I’ve ever had in a gun store. Me and my dad went inside to find a muzzle break for an 5.56 ar. There was no standard muzzle break inside of the store but an employee named Tatum that was helping us out saw there weren’t any we were looking for and offer us his that he had in his truck for a handshake. That employee is very kind and giving.

When I first entered, I got a friendly greeting from one of the young men behind the counter. Initially, I felt like this would be a great visit, and I'd find what I need... I briefly looked around for 9mm rounds, and couldn't find them, and a friendly gentleman in a wheelchair pointed me towards the front of the store. There, I encountered an older gentleman (I'm assuming he is the owner), and asked him where I could locate 9mm rounds. He pointed to where they were, but he seemed very disinterested in helping me. He looked at me as if I didn't belong in the store... I quickly made my purchase and left. I won't be returning...
