Whoever the lady was that answered the phone for the appliances department on July 4, 2024, at 10:08am was very rude and didn't care about my question at all. She just kept transferring me to other unrelated departments. Almost made me not go there but my grandfather really wanted to. When I got there, there was a very nice smaller built saleslady who helped us out and was very engaging / knowledgeable. So she is why it is 3 stars and not 1.

If I could give a zero star I would.
My wife and I bought a couch, loveseat and a chair that has motorized headrest and foot rest. One of the headrest on the loveseat doesn't move but the motor runs. I contacted the store manager and I was told she would put in a work order for repair. Nothing happened. Brandsmart has a number to call for repair or replacement service. I've been trying for 2 months and so far still nothing. They first wanted pictures. Then a video. And now all I get when I call back is a promise for a call back and I never get a call back. When I call again one lady who always answers tells me the same thing, they will call me back, and one time she answered in Spanish. If I would have known this would happen we would have never bought the furniture.

Less than a star rating. my order was to be delivered on 5/20 they pull up to the rode and turn around and left we were all home no one rang the doorbell. 5/23 my delivery should arrive for 1030-230pm. no Delivery, call the distribution center put on hold. they pick up and then put me back on hold with over speaking with me. I will never use them again.. they sole my delivery and my money.

If you are a truck driver making delivery. This facility opens at 7 a.m. not 10am.. they are by appointment, however they will take you in earlier if the appointee has not arrived, and if it's quick to unload... was in and out in less than 1 hour. Full truckload. Have your paperwork and plate number ready for the guard shack when arrived.

Well,considering I went during December , this place was exceptional in every possible way,other than being free! Even upon checkout,there were lots of people, but they had every checkout open,and they had like two dozen registers open.And just looking at the amount of people that were in line you would have automatically thought it was gonna be a long wait,but honestly,it was not.This is definitely a place worth visiting! Just think, if it was tolerable in December, the rest of the year must be really awesome here.This is easy for me to say honestly, because I do not like to personally shop,this experience was great!

EDIT: Lisa from Florida reached out to me and had a new delivery team drop off my set and they did with ZERO issues. Called for a 30 minute warning, made sure to describe the right house and were very friendly!

Kept attempting to deliver to wrong house and claimed they were calling me to drop off my washer and dryer but I never got the calls or messages. Ended up rescheduling for a second delivery and they could care less that the delivery guy didn't even describe the right house and even described the wrong vehicles outside as well. Stating they were outside my house when I physically was in my front my front yard cleaning my car and never saw anyone. Customer service in terms of making customers happy is non existent. DO NOT waste your money unless you like being scammed.

They are very horrible with their service. I order my washer and dryer during the Memorial Day sale. When delivery day came, they only delivered the dryer not the washer and dryer. It is going on a month now, where I have not heard anything from the company about when the washer will be delivered. Their customer service is very horrible when calling their phone nobody wants to give me answers at all. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE. THEY ARE RIP OFF

The guys are so nice in less than 40 minutes I was empty they don't waste driver's time there keep it up the guys from receiving side.
