Can you explain to me how your Jackson, MI location shuts down and switches to a COD delivery system and fails to bill me for product, then after paying for my order ships me a surprise invoice that I can't pay? Now they are refusing to pick up product because I can't pay the $150 invoice and are going to send me to collections. I shut down in the Winter and they know that my 5 children went without Christmas gifts this year and they are putting muscle on me to pay or go to collections. I'm being fair and letting you know that if you send me to collections that I will file suit in the Jackson County Court in Michigan and you'll have to pay an attorney to defend it. Your company can wait until June to receive payment on that invoice as I had no clue I wasnt square. You should get Jill Buck in accounting off my back and have Angela King quit picking fights with me. I've already reported your Jackson location to Google for not having a storefront so you're going to lose alot more than $150 and there is no need to send an attorney to defend a law suit when you can't even make arrangements to pick up the product your team is so concerned about, including Andrew Harris. Over $150 you're going to pick a fight with me and lose my business taboot? Your company better get these rogue employees in check.

Yea, so it has been a while since I have done a review. I normally ONLY do one when it has placed a great impact on me. Whether it is a good impact or bad one, it is determined by how significant the impact is... with that being said, let's cook...

So I had a 7am appointment and I arrived very early. Was told initially to check in at 5 because that is when receiving begins, ok no problem.

I come in at 5, am told to check in 30 mins before appt. Fine, no problem.

Now, here is where I have the problem... I come in at 630, then I am told receiving guy isn't there yet, come back in 10 more minutes... really

5 trucks checked in before me, all bringing things and they have doors... why did I have to wait some more

I hope I don't come back here any time soon, what a waste of time. 2 stars ONLY for the kind gentleman I spoke to first before everyone else...

Some of the friendliest people back in will call. They are a joy to talk to. The will call guys get me in and out and help me fix any mistakes made to my order. Shout out the 2 will call guys very nice people

Check in on soufside. Check in at door. If door not open they not ready. In and out decent time. Decent business.

The forklift old guy is too rude.Maybe he fight with his wife this morning or crazy every day. Hope the manager find good people work for this place. Unloaded already over 30 minutes no paper. Have appointment too slow. All the other forklift guy is busy and fast but this white hair too lazy just talk with others.

Had an appointment for 0500 and didn't get out till three hours later. They don't have the descency courtesy to come out and let you know your unloaded snd ready. So drivers when you feel your truck not moving go inside and get your paperwork. They only worried about themselves. Sometimes they unload and count no not here.

I had an appointment time for 0530 for a delivery here they didn’t open till 6am.
Went in and checked in the shipping and receiving office. The place were very disorganized. Hope to see it better the next time.

BradyIFS recently acquired the previous janitorial company that I had been doing business with for over 20 years (Cole Supply) During that 20 year span, Cole supply was always extremely attentive to my needs. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about BradyIFS.

To date I have left numerous messages to the accounting department (2-3x), the ordering desk (called 3x), the account manager (2x), and the sales manager (1x), to no avail.

I called the accounting department and ultimately gave up after trying to get clarification for a payment that was sent but not reflected as received on my invoice (no returned calls).

When I tried to order product (3x), I keep getting told by Marlena that there is no one to take my call, and someone will call back.
In addition, when I left a message for my account manager Cliff to voice my concerns, there was no response.

It is truly unfortunate that BradyIFS does not value my business. Their customer service is non-existent, nothing like what was provided by Cole Supply. I am dismayed by my entire experience.
Upper management please take note!

As a business professional, with 36+ years of experience, I would caution others against using BradyIFS for their janitorial supply needs.
