Despite the reviews I found this place to be decent. The guard at the gate and the lady who was at the check in window were very nice. B shift did a great job getting me loaded fast. In and out in under 2 hours. The only problem was they loaded product on top of my straps hanging on the wall at the end of the trailer so I couldn't get to them and they loaded the last set of pallets a big one on top of a smaller one. Otherwise not a bad place.

Truck drivers - NFI/ Bradshaw Homes- limited overnight parking between buildings… after security check point..shipping office = door S13 in center of building…(wear a safety vest TO office).. fill out pick up form… tandems to the rear.. drop/detach/park across from trailer… wait for green light..( note: floor loads take longer then palletized loads)…

12+ hours loading and big mess in the trailer. Low pallets on front of high profile pallets. Double stacked laying on 1 side, ready to flip over

STAY AWAY!! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Arrived at 11:50am told to come back at 12:15 for my 12:30 appointment. I got back at 12:15 did not leave until 7pm. Very unpleasant unprofessional and uncaring staff in the office..The reviews are extremely accurate. It is unorganized here and should be shutdown for a month so they can terminate and properly train an entire warehouse. Cancel this load or just prepare to nearly reset.

If you can avoid coming to this warehouse to get a load please do so I arrived at 2:15pm for a 4pm appointment and was told that my appointment was 4:30pm and to leave and come back at 4pm. Plenty of parking that no one should have to leave while waiting for their appointment. It’s 9:40pm and I’m still waiting to be loaded. I would ask the Broker before booking the name of the facility in order to not come here again. Must have on safety vest or they will not check you in. Almost 6 hours from appointment time and still have 6 hours to drive once loaded for a 7 am appointment. This is ridiculous that there’s no consideration for the safety of drivers with having drivers waiting over 2 to 3 hours. They don’t deserve the 1 star given. Some of the staff are nice. I tried to be professional and understanding when speaking to them about my wait time. Overall rating for load time sucks.

The worst, they have no idea what to do here or what to load.
Truckers please stay away from this place, it is nightmare!!! 8+ hours and still nothing. It took them 8 and half hours to load 3000lbs
