Customer service, quality packaging and products, affordability, the entire experience was a solid 5 star experience for me. The convenience of saving me a trip to fed ex was a plus. Lana was so helpful and made the entire process so smooth for me. Not to mention the price! She said if packing service price was too much, they could help recommend which products to buy and guide me how to package it myself. It was very affordable but I appreciated the fact they were still willing to help if I didn't want them to pack it for me. They also put a "fragile" and "do not stack" sticker on my package without even being asked to do this (it was computer equipment). They provided pictures at my request so I had the peace of mind knowing exactly how it was packed. I was very pleased and will absolutely be back for any box or packing/shipping needs.

The woman in the store was SO HELPFUL and SO CHEERFUL and SO FRIENDLY! It was a pleasure to discuss our packing needs with her, and her attention to detail in providing our needs was top-notch. Krista is amazing. I had a family member pass and needed to ship some items from California to Colorado. I had a really big picture that had a heavy/chunky frame and glass. She packed it with so much care. That thing was PACKED!!!! I received the items in Colorado and the glass on the huge picture didn't break! I also had a few other items shipped and everything was amazing. The care Krista took in helping me get the items safely home and the quality of packing was outstanding!!!!

The customer service and commitment to resolving problems is above and beyond exceptional at this location. Krista welcomed me, and every customer, with an enthusiastic, positive attitude. Charles and Krista did a phenomenal job helping me with the last part of my mom's stressful move to Texas. They were patient and calm even when we completely changed the structure of the shipment due to an unforeseen issue. Charles followed up, just as he promised, and when I spoke to Laina she was genuinely friendly and helpful. I cannot more highly recommend Charles and his team for your shipping needs.

I called Box Brothers as I needed 3.0 cu. ft. of packing peanuts. The person who answered the phone was so friendly and polite. Good customer service is hard to find. When I arrived, the store had every size box imaginable, and every shipping item you could ever need. They're prices are amazing. A chain corporate office supply store wanted to charge 4 times the price of Box Brothers. It's a family business, and they treated me like family. I'm moving soon, and when I move this is where I'm coming for all my supplies.
