This is the rudest company I have every dealt with in my 70 years on Earth. They took my order, had me pay for it, and then they disappeared. It's been 4 days, and whenever I go by, they are closed. When I call the two numbers, they are rude and offer an excuse about why they are closed, and then hang up on me. That's it. They have cost me over $200 due to me not receiving my order from them so that I could fulfill my company orders. I don't need my order now.

Joe (the store manager and craftsman) is a total professional in custom cardboard box fabrication, sizing existing boxes and packing difficult unwieldy shapes.

Additionally, Joe's expert overall guidance makes him first amongst his peers IMO. I live in Carlsbad and drive to this location for Joe's expertise.

I have no higher recommendation than Joe.

What a scam of a company, we paid about $300 for $800 insurance and packaging services provided by you. We submitted pictures and quotes of all repairs and you guys almost two months later are just blowing us off. Terrible customer service and dishonest company. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company because I am not a dumb as you think. Since you like to keep the lies rolling, here is both the pictures before it was shipped and our receipt showing you billed us for the insurance. You know claim you want to refund the insurance charges because you are a scammer. Only a scammer would refund insurance charges after the damage was done not before, keep telling yourself your lies maybe it will come true for you one day. Any person can see the before shipment and insurance charges. You can’t claim to void the insurance charges after the package was shipped, we would have gone with a different carrier you liars. Bad customer service and lies on top. The public need to know your games. We provide the proof and you provide excuses and lies sounds about right.

Victor was able to build us a custom box that fit my grandmothers antique painting. Packed it and shipped it to the east coast for us, no problem. I am very pleased with the quality of work and quick turnaround. Definitely recommend Box Brothers.

I deal in fine art and typically use an art handler for my shipments. I didn't realize that Box Brothers is versed in shipping art. Archer did a pick up and built a crate for large unframed prints going all the way to Germany. They arrived swiftly and in perfect condition. He and Mike are great communicators, very responsible, kind and dedicated to what they do. Their prices are also very reasonable. I can't recommend them enough!

Everything arrived in perfect condition, and the price was lower than I would have expected. I will continue to use Box Brothers for all my packing and shipping! I recently used Box Brothers to send a large painting from CA to WI and I must admit to being a bit nervous about sending a near-6' tall, not-inexpensive piece of original art via shippers that were unknown to me. As I couldn't drive the piece of art to its new owner, however, I decided to have some faith and ship it. I know there's always insurance (and I paid to insure it at its full value), but having had a horrible experience the last time I shipped original art across the country years ago, I was still reluctant. On that occasion, I'd shipped via a UPS store. For the record, I've nothing against them (and continue to use them for smaller things), but they just weren't used to dealing with expensive art as packages... something that I should have paid better attention to, in fairness. Long story less long, the art got destroyed, and I settled out of court for much less than the piece was worth after fearing the worst in small-claims court against an attorney from UPS. I needn't have any worries with Box Brothers, as it turns out. Not only are they experienced at shipping large and unusual things, they also took the time to walk me through the process to reassure me my art was in good hands. I assumed they'd crate the piece of art, but the way they packaged it BEFORE it went into the custom-made crate was impressive enough to alleviate any of my worries. The piece of art made it safely to its destination on time, as scheduled. I've since sent two more large pieces with them and have another soon to go out with them as well. It's not the cheapest way to ship, I must admit, as the pricing was shocking initially. But when you consider all the materials that go into the packaging, along with the crate made specifically to fit whatever piece, and finally the insurance to cover it at full stated value, you're left realizing the piece of mind of knowing whatever you're sending is in good hands and will get to its destination safely is actually worth every cent. Lastly, both of the guys I've dealt with -- Archer and Justin -- could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Archer in particular was extremely helpful, even willing to work with me on pricing wherever he could. This is a business I'm confident in recommending highly. If you're shipping something large or expensive, or both, look no further.
