Even though the place was not so easy to find and was not what we expected at all and we were a little shocked that it is kind of a hostel?, our bags and everything in them were secured and as good as we left them for the hours we needed. The person in charge was very kind and helpful.

We used the luggage service at the PODshare DTLA (100 S Vignes). Straight forward booking, pleasant and helpful front desk, reasonable price. Really satisfied with the service and if we visit LA again, will definitely consider using this!

Well first of all it took us 30 minutes to find the store as we walked back and forth passed the place because it looked closed. Everything was great whenever we dropped our bags off, he told us he would lock our bags up and we can just leave them with him. When we went to pick up our bags we checked the top part and everything seemed to be in order but we didn’t have long so we couldn’t check everything. I have flew with the airport several of times and never have my clothes gone missing, this time we used this hostile and two of my pajama tops were missing and one of my pajama shorts are missing. I’m really upset because that’s very unprofessional and I really trusted that they were good people. If nothing is done about my review in a week or so I will continue to leave my reviews and also make sure no one goes to this hostile again. As I also will try to contact higher up individuals in the company to see if the problem is fixed and if not then we can just take it to court. It’s really disappointing because I saw so many great reviews and it was very convenient as we had nowhere to go for 11 hours. God bless the ones who stole our belongings as they may not have much, but we work hard for our things and we payed our money to make sure our bags were safe. They knew we were visitors and knew we didn’t know how these things worked and I believe they preyed on us.

Had 8 friends reserve pods here. Very chill space and the process was super smooth. We also booked our pods like 15 mins before we showed up and had no issues!

It's impossible to find the address, there isn't a clear address outside of the building, nowhere to ring, and there's no personal response by phone. Horrible service
