I missed a delivery. I called here to see if I could get my packages dropped off and was told to give my name, number, and they would call me back with an answer. Several hours passed and I called back. I was told by another associate they were waiting for me to call them back, after previously being told they would. Not that big of a deal. They told me the package would be delivered today. I leave work about two hours later and drive twenty minutes out of my to get here. Only to be told by the same man on the phone. “Oh yeah. She said she would deliver it tomorrow.” That’s a nice. A phone call would have saved me a trip. Common sense and customer service are not relevant for a position here, clearly.

They were friendly is the only redeeming quality.
