I recently had the unpleasant experience of having to do subcontractor work at this store. If they treat their customers like they have been treating my coworkers and myself this week. then I can’t understand how they are still in business. I have never experienced such rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional group of people the whole time I’ve been merchandising hardware stores (including multiple other Bomgaars) across America. Very disrespectful and completely unnecessary.

My experience was excellent. Great customer service. They had everything I was looking for. I did take my 5 star rating down one for the way they had stock piled up in the isles. I had to go around and weave my way through to get to what I needed. They were busy and it seemed to be the popular place to go for the spring season.
