Typical unload, there is a lack of signage when arriving on what to do, and then the office staff proceeds to get upset when you fail to read the nonexistent signs. Maybe it was just a Monday but rude all around, from the office to the fork lift operator

Do not enter gate before 0700..park on street until then. Check in then, they will unload you after your gear is put away.check in after your gear is up for them to unload you. Plan to kill few hours. Hardhat is a def on the yard.

Fantastic experience! I went there to pick up a bundle of siding that wasn't in stock somewhere else. You can't miss the large buildings. The entrance is slightly confusing but once there, go into the office. Everyone in there is so nice and helpful. Great people. They sent me around to the correct overhead door. I was met by 2 gentlemen on forklifts who radioed the gentleman driving the fork lift with my supplies, who was pulling up right then. They got everything loaded safely in my trunk warned me to get help getting it out due to its weight. They made me smile for the first time that day. Kind, respectful and helpful but just playful enough to make me happy to be there. Back to the office for a super fast signature and receipt and in under 10 minutes I was on my way back. I walked in knowing nothing, expecting 4 out of 10 experience. I can't imagine why I thought that. I was DEAD WRONG! I give them 15 out of 10 and strongly recommend!

Walked into the shipping office to check in and the guy said no and turned around. Not only is that incredibly unprofessional but also childish. Would not recommend doing business with any boise cascade facilities.

went to pick up an order and went in the office, they showed me a piece of paper with the items that i ordered and then told me to go outside to get them from the forklift operator and come back in to get my paperwork. The forklift operator asked for my paperwork, i said they told me to come back in and get it after i got my items. He then raised his voice, got in my face and told me he didnt know what to get me without the paperwork. I finally got my stuff and found out what they really meant in the office was to take my paperwork with me and then come back to get more paperwork. I knew that the next couple of times that i had to go there but i dont ever want to go back there agian, especially after one of the office guys started an argument with me today that it was okay for their forklift operator to get in my face and that he wasnt an idiot when i had to come back because they gave me the wrong items.
