Just heard that everybody was fired by email about 4 weeks ago, Class act if I may say, We're down $4600.00 from unpaid invoice, 5 weeks and still no reply form NOBODY!! had high hopes for this company. they're usually late on their payments, but good on charging quick pay percentage never the less, also, loads come full of "surprise" stops, they hire you for a load from Commerce, CA to WA, and end up making several stops along they for the same coin, detention pay you ask? Forget about it. Company feels like run by amateurs (dispatchers where ok, its Admins suck)

If you have any other option definitely don't come here for drop or pick up. I checked in 11:30 am ,they said we will you. They call 19:48. They don't care your time wasting here ...just keep saying we will call you ... even appointment time passes almost 2 hours .almost waste all my daylight hours. Make sure to your broker fcfs or appointment? Don't come too early . Coz you will just wait and waste your time...

Company broke almost 3 months ago.
I dunno how they are still offering loads on DAT.
Be careful, they are broke, if you are one of us who moved a load before they got broken, then send a claim to their bound.

My company had a terrible experience with BOA. They hired us to make a delivery for them that was out of the ordinary (which we do). On the dispatch sheet they sent over it said nothing about delivering a transmitter up a steep windy mountain road and that we needed 4x4 and OFF ROAD forklift AND a small trailer. After starting up the road we realized there was no way we were going to make this so we had to back down over 2 miles causing significant damage to our trailer and deep scratches on our truck. We politely asked if they would cover these damages and after 3 weeks of dragging this on they declined saying it was the drivers actions that caused this. SMH

They screwed me out of 5k$ . Finished a trip into TX back in September and after sending in POD's they went MIA. No communication front accounts payable. Then if you look up thier bond it's canceled as of 10/13/24. So if they owe you money better get a move on that bond. As it looks we're only getting a fraction of the agreed rate. BOA is pocketing the rest. I suggest you use a collection agency to get straight to the shippers before you lose out on all your money owed to you.

BOA Logistics - Unreliable Payments: A Severe Blow to Our Business Operations

Review:
BOA Logistics' consistent failure to honor the confirmed 30-day payment terms on their load payouts has proven detrimental to our business. Multiple loads remain unpaid well beyond the 60-day mark, causing severe financial strain.

Factoring company had to downgrade BOA Logistics from approved credit to declined. This not only disrupts our cash flow but also places an immense burden on our operations. Covering all expenses, including fuel and driver pay, without any payment from BOA Logistics exacerbates the impact.

It's disheartening that some brokers persist in posting freight, fully aware they won't meet payment obligations. I strongly caution others in the industry to approach dealings with BOA Logistics cautiously, given the profound and negative impact their unreliable payment practices have had on our business.

The lack of response to recent emails intensifies our concerns. As a next step, I am proceeding to open a case with the FMCSA and sharing these experiences online to seek a resolution for the critical issue of missing payments, highlighting the substantial consequences this situation can impose on a business.

*update* as of 09/18/2024

Tried getting a hold of them emails or calls not going through. Called their bond since I have an active claim. As of September 13 they filed for cancellation with the fmcsa. DO NOT LOAD FOR THESE PEOPLE! They screwed me and many more carriers.

update
Told them I was gonna have to file a claim against there bond. Came back with a response. It’s not over term pay yet. Pissed me off. Because I was verbally told quickpay. I don’t have a text or email stating. Which was my mistake.

Just filed against their bond. Their bond wasn’t too surprised to hear BOA out of my mouth.

If you load with them just know when you’re providing a service they are in top of you.

Once you finished your service you’re absolutely nobody to them. And will have to persist on getting paid which is a shame. We all strive to book a load so what’s told. Pay expenses out of pocket. Then be at their mercy to recover.

If I would’ve listened and read reviews beforehand I would have NEVER dealt with this joke of a company.

Booked a load for multi drop in Illinois. They magically added to pallets for Kentucky. It’s been almost a month and was told they worked with my factoring company which declined them. I should’ve ran away. They told they offered quickpay. Now I can’t even get a hold of them for an update on payment. Should’ve read the reviews sooner. On the lack of payment.

DONT work with boa. They lie about doing quick pay and don’t pay on time or at all. 7 months and counting no payment. Never answer the phone or emails. 3 times they confirm scheduled payment and never comes through. Then they say it’s pending from customer.

Go up
