This is the least professional company I have worked with in my entire life, zero communication, zero response to cancellations. I definitely do not recommend it for shipping or carriers, it is a real shame that there are such unprofessional brokers.

In my particular experience, they blocked my phone at 4:30 in the afternoon after waiting with appointment since 9:00 am and the few times they answered they said they were waiting for an answer, they only did it to avoid the responsibility of paying layover truck

BNSF is a joke. They are not professional on the phone (if you can reach them) and they do not care. Only information you will get from them is if the package has been picked up or delivered. Where is the package? What is the ETA? "Sorry sir, all we can tell you is that it was picked up. We do not know where the load is while it is in transit." Never, ever, ever, ever will I work with BNSF Logistics.

Very bad experience with this company .. They was so unprofessional at communicating about their load. Deliver load for these guys and there was never an appointment time book for the delivery. Had to
Keep this load on my truck for 2 days which cause me to miss out on money. I would never book with them ever again.
