Picking up caskets. First come, first serve. In & out within 2 hours if no trucks ahead. Have to get across the oncoming traffic in order to backup to the loading ducks.

CARRIER BE AWARE!!!
I was contracted to transport caskets.
I was discriminated against because of being female!!
Alyssa (spelling) called for a route from their Farmers Branch showroom floor to be delivered in Shreveport, LA and SHE SAID TWO CASKETS-TWO STOPS!!! Upon arrival they were going to load FOUR caskets.
I called in from the van and she DENIES she told me it was two caskets! I'm CERTAIN she said two because I didn't want to make an extra stop without getting paid but agreed. In the past I've been told pickup was for one but two was loaded going to the same location so I didn't say anything but not this time.
Alyssa puts Terri on the phone because I requested an increase for delivery. Extra caskets, more weight so it'll use more fuel, two locations and they pay I agreed to was already low.
Terri gets on the phone and makes a statement that woman can't do the job like men and then he laughs and starts cursing at me.
But what makes that statement comical is... they place your name on the boxes. The box had JOHNNY wrote on it but crossed out! So a GUY was originally assigned the run but for whatever reason didn't take it so they called a WOMEN who came to pick it up but the feminist boy Terri decides to disrespect me and my business!
Terri, who I told was the owner is very rude! Alyssa is a liar!!
Terri has NO people skills!
I don't see how the women can work with a guy who thinks this way.
I'll never transport anything for this company!!
They want something for nothing!!
HORRIBLE!
Alyssa should work an extra hour daily without pay since that's what she wanted me to do and thought it was okay.
Terri pay for the services provided to you or drive your own caskets all over for pennies.
The name on the caller ID will show as Freedom Import (logistics)
Best priced caskets (how you find the online)
Read the Yelp reviews Terri Zimmer even treats his customers like trash! 122 reviews/1.7 rating of how he treats grieving customers.
They have been REVOKED on BBB website.

Beware!!! This business emailed me an invoice for a charge I never made. All of my information was listed as well as my credit card info. They claimed it was an error so to be sure I asked for written confirmation that I will not be charged an asked to speak with a supervisor. Kept putting me on hold and hanging up on me. Wouldn't give me anyone's name. Johanna is listed as the "Salesman" on the invoice. Wasn't allowed to speak with h either. This business has some shady practicing. Contacted the BBB.

Called for the Funeral Showroom and spoke with a man who was severely unprofessional. He used profanity and insults towards me. Wouldn’t do business with them!
