Coordinated my purchase to be delivered between Sept 27-30th. Was told the delivery was expected Sept 27th between 8-12. When our situation changed I asked if there was any possibility to be delivered on the 30th instead - was told no because there would not be a second person for setup. Weird, but understandable. Then of course Helene hit the 26-27 and I called a couple times - got hold music for 5 minutes and then asked to leave a message. OK, fine - I know Atlanta got hit hard. Left messages twice including my email asking for any kind of update. No update came until I had to call again the following Monday - suddenly our delivery wouldn’t make it until Friday the 4th between 8-12, again, due to staffing. My family had to scramble to make a temporary solution because it was an important delivery. I got a single call at 6pm on the 3rd that I missed because I was at work - no voicemail. My mother had been calling that day to get ahold of them - same hold & voicemail situation, with of course no response to her messages. Had to wake up at 7AM on the 4th to check in on the delivery as I was supposed to get a courtesy call at least 30 minutes prior to delivery so we could be on site to receive it & I had no faith in the communication. Was told the missed call was regarding a flat tire and now the delivery window was 1-4. Well, I was right about the courtesy call - I got a call at 3:15 that day that the delivery guy was already there - at the WRONG ADDRESS. I had to double check, but we submitted the correct address with the order. Finally, finally we got the order delivered. Was told by my fiancé who was home that the driver was outside yelling on the phone as well. I was trying to have patience because I know the hurricane situation was out of our hands, but the complete fumble on communication, staffing, and the delivery itself felt very unprofessional & caused my whole family a lot of headache.

I feel like these 5 star reviews are compensated for their reviews.
We had a delivery scheduled for 7/26, informed it had to be rescheduled for 7/27 due to the driver calling out. Sat 7/27 received a text stating 9-4 delivery. Then received a text “between 12-4” then “1-5” then called multiple times between 4:30-5:30pm and finally received a call stating where they’re located. (Like they didn’t know where we were located and it was our fault they can’t deliver on time)
Now here we are the Monday 7/29 and called to see when we would be getting our delivery, the woman stated she would call back in and hour, well here we are 3 hours later and have not received a phone call back.

Highly do not suggest this courier service to anyone!

Excellent service, both customer service and delivery! I had the pleasure of speaking to such a friendly and pleasant person, Emma, when I received the call to schedule my delivery! Then Dennis made my delivery today, went above and beyond, kept me updated and even called to ask if I would like my order put in my garage ... so appreciate people who are so nice, helpful and kind!

Had never heard of this particular courier service before. But they were assigned to deliver an item to me. I realized I was not going to be home at time of delivery and did not know if they had access to the package room at my apartment complex. I called the customer service number and they were able to reach the driver and instructed him on how to proceed with the delivery of my package. I truly appreciate the service.
