Everybody I talked to and asked questions of were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable and right at home. I've rented storage units numerous times over the years between Indiana and now here in Georgia and I must say this was the best experience doing that I have ever had. I highly recommend if you need a storage unit save yourself time and effort come here first and you won't need to even check somewhere else.

We needed a storage facility directly after the hurricane…and we called the owner/manager of the Thomson Business in desperate need…reasons the entire town of Thomson had no electricity due to the storm, not only did they meet us after hours to issue us a storage unit, he went above and beyond to ensure my family was taking care of!!! That type of service doesn’t exist all over, so what a refreshing feeling it was to see first hand! While I was there, another customer who had just moved to the area had the exact same feelings we did! So my experience with this business was nothing more than extraordinary! Thank you nearly isn’t enough!

I would like to give a big thank you to Ms Anna! She really helped me in my time of need! I had issues with a reservation at another place and when I called she was very kind and understanding. When I got to the office she welcomed me in and showed me a few units and prices. Even helped me figure out how to sign up online. So I am very grateful! My rental home was destroyed, due to hurricane Helena and the Smile storage was rude. So it was really nice to be welcomed by a friendly face and positive attitude! Please let her know I am VERY grateful! God bless!

Very friendly and clean. Great customer service, the owners are very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of and in a timely manner. Highly recommend for anyone trying to move!! They can provide you with storage units and also give you the convenience of being able to rent U-Haul trucks and trailers for a great price right there. I'd give 10 stars ⭐
