Alexa, at the Parham Road storage location, was an Amazing receptionist. Her energy and passion for excellence in execution of her duties and customer satisfied was top notch in my opinion. Thanks Alexa for the timely service while simultaneously ensuring I got the best rate. I also want to shout out the Blue Sky receptionist at the Robinson Road storage location for calling ahead to ensure Alexa was prepared for my arrival. Great team work ladies.👌

Just went yesterday for a storage unit and I can not even begin to tell you how great Hannah was. She made me feel as if we were long time friends just having a conversation yet was professional at the same time. She took me out and showed me 2 units and explained everything that I needed to know, even what I didn't know to ask! Such a great person and you could just tell She had a big heart. Thank you so much Hannah! Blue Sky you have a great employee!

Not even with the company a year (7 month) and prices has went up 2 times. I started paying 39 plus the required insurance of 13 a month to now paying 57 plus the required insurance of 13 a month. Will be moving to another company. It's not longer worth it foe the same service somewhere else. You don't even get military discount.

Hannah was excellent, she answered all my questions, helped me setup a unit, went over pricing with me, helped me when my gate code didn't work, exceptional service she went above and beyond!
