This is a very nice, well maintained storage facility. I leased a 10x10 for a couple of years.
WARNING: my rates were raised significantly, multiple times resulting in me moving out. I was paying more than a space in northern Illinois and everything costs more here.
WARNING 2: move out on the last possible day of your paid month. They don't prorate even with 10 plus days notice. That's my biggest complaint.
Staff is pleasant and generally responsive.
I'd recommend Blue Sky, just be sure you are ok with the rate hikes and no prorate. I don't even remember if I paid a deposit with the original company before Blue Sky.

I had tried another storage place and the unit was filthy, not empty and the people were not very knowledgeable about anything
This place had a wonderful office, with an amazing lady (Michaela) and I had no trouble getting in or finding my unit (which was clean) on a holiday

Overall it was a good good but my unit rent goes up around every six months and office stuff always made me feel like I was bothering them or they didn’t want to be there but the property was always clean

We reserved a uhaul there and when we went to pick it up there was not one available. We did not receive a phone call the day before or prior to arrival. The worker was not the least bit helpful in trying to resolve the issued and was just messing on his computer. 0/10 would not recommend.
