Security Breach!!!! I went to my storage units today (2/26/25)in building E only to find my locks gone and a red one put in its place. I am on autopay and my account is current so that is not the issue. When I called the support number, and was informed that on Feb 12th, an inspection was done and my units were found open. I have two units in different hallways, and both were supposedly open. The reason for the second star was at least Blue Ridge did put on locks to secure my belongings. Upon my own inspection, it is clear that there are cut marks dug into the latch assembly which clearly show that my locks were cut by someone. I walked the hallways and only my two units have signs of locks being cut. I informed the support center of this and they could not have been less interested in helping me determine what happened. The Blue Ridge call center was response was to file a police report and let them know if I find something missing. Although Blue Ridge Storage knew there was an issue, no one from Blue Ridge attempted to contact me to let me know that there was a security issue with my goods. Since my storage units are in different hallways, and my units seem to be the only ones targeted, the only thing I can determine is either Blue Ridge management cut my locks for some purpose or the movers who loaded the goods into my units came back several months later and was able to gain access to the facility. I would really appreciate a management response to this issue. I have to keep my goods here for several weeks more and right now I am terrified that my household goods stored here are not safe. Update: Toni from Blue Ridge Storage responded to my post right away and clarified that my locks were locked but not latched properly so they did remove my locks and secured my units with their locks. So completely my fault and they caught my error and rectified the situation. Thanks Toni for responding so quickly. I am upgrading my rating from 2 stars to 5!

We have not rented yet due to our moving timeline so my 5 star review is for Rose who we spoke to yesterday. She was so helpful and kindly answered all of our questions. Rose's customer service was exceptional!
There is no one on site and Rose was able to give us remote access to the gate at the new location in Blue Ridge so that we could check it out, she stayed on the phone during our visit to answer questions and direct us to the available units. It is very clean and looks brand new. My concern is that there are no keypads on the climate controlled exterior doors. Rose was informed that the management will be installing those as soon as possible. We are still comparing our options at this time.

Love this storage place. Seems relatively new so its very nice and clean. They offer a lot of unit sizes and you can store rv, boats and vehicles here too; covered! We chose a climate controlled unit and it's very tall for lots of extra storage. Price could be better but for what you get, it's worth it.
