Easy to check in . Got clean restroom and coffee machine and vending machine for drivers , coffee is free . This how all warehouse should be. Thanks to all team members.

OTR: 24/7 Drop and Hook.
Live loads Monday-Thursday 6am-11pm / Friday-Sunday 7am-5pm.
No overnight parking. Bathroom available. Good lighting and plenty of maneuvering space.
Receiving on the North side of the building. Receiving office in middle.
Shipping on the south side of the building. Shipping office in middle.
Self check in kiosk must have all details and ID.

I purchased a variety pack of Blue Buffalo kitten food—marketed as “premium.” Several cans were underfilled. Not dented, not damaged—just clearly short of what I paid for. I contacted their support team, provided the UPC, lot number, best-by date, and proof of purchase. The response? A canned message telling me to return opened cat food to a store I don’t even visit (I shop online). Then I was told I could mail in the UPC and physical receipt (which I don’t have) to their legal department, wait 4–6 weeks, and maybe get a refund.

Their “100% satisfaction guarantee” is pure marketing. They refused to replace the defective product and ignored a follow-up email. I paid a premium price for high-quality food. What I got was poor quality and worse customer service.

Shop with caution—Blue Buffalo doesn’t stand behind its product when it matters.

Get here early as possible due to the number of trucks entering the facility. Trailers inspected at gate entrance (clean), slide tandems to rear & lock, open doors. Only two lanes were open but three lanes were closed “being painted.” Getting out was a breeze. I got here a day early, fueled, scaled and shut down at a funky Loves. The Truck stops fill up early. Passed a huge Rest Area next morning think it was south off I-17 but could have been east I-10. Use THE GOOGLE SATELLITE MAP, MINIMIZE THE SCREEN AND LOOK FOR IT. The rest area looks enormous and new so it may or may not be on the map yet.

5 star, bcoz i showed up a day earlier and gave me dock. But they are trying best to unload. Otherwise, it would be tomorrow morning, they said. I am allowed to stay or go to the truck stop after dropping off my trailer at the dock. My appointment is tomorrow at noon. Super nice lady at check-in window.

It was very polite and nice.
I m editing this review to tell you guys that I got empty a day earlier.

The important thing is that a super nice lady named Abby. She helps everyone. this credit goes to her to make this place beautiful for truckers.

Such a great place and awesome staff. I arrived much earlier and they managed to squeeze me in despite being super busy. The guys are really fast and willing to help. Coffee corner is very nice too☕️ If you come at night, you can park in the driveway, the gates open around 6am.
