It's clean and organized which earns 2 stars. I have been a member for 6 months and would never renew my membership. The quality of their brand of products is trash. Their prices are extremely high, almost as high as Costco. I have been shopping at Sam's for years, and have found their prices to be the lowest of any of these "wholesale " clubs. They NEVER have chicken, beef, or bananas in stock. Did a pick up order with bananas because it is so rare that they have them, and got 2 3lb bunches of almost completely brown bananas. Impossible to get any help in store. It's like each employee only knows their designated area and has zero knowledge of any thing else in store. Even the people at the door can be rude and abrupt. Gas prices are cheaper at Kroger by McFarland. Have gotten ground beef that looks ok on the otuside but when opening, the meat is grey yet the date has not passed. Their brand of chicken breasts are 40% blood and fat. The return policy (unlike Sam's) is terrible - can't return clothes without tags even if you just bought them 1 day ago, can't return anything if it is open - take notes from the other clubs, BJ's. This is not the way to run a business where people have to pay to shop. You won't be saving any money shopping here, and it is not a great experience.

Amazing they have great workers in the bakery I stoped by today Sunday 11/24/24 at 5:30 to get guava and cream cheese pastry, they had none so Jackson a worker in the dept made the pastries for us while we wait Amazing service. Thank you Jackson a 10 for your service.

I arrived at BJ's for a tire rotation. I previously purchased all 4 tires here about 6 months ago and this will be my second time returning to have my tires rotated. On my previous visits, Ridvon has assisted me and he is excellent. My appointment was for 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:23. When I arrived l pulled in the back of the service area; the gates/chain were across all of the bays and I noticed a guy standing around. We made eye contact. As I pulled up he looked at me and walked over to the gate, but never opened it. He stood there for a minute, then continued to do other things. He didnt open the gate for me, nor greet me. He BLATANTLY ignored me. It was very slow. There wasn't even another customer at that time nor vehicle being worked on. I sat in my car for a little over 5 minutes to see if he would ever direct me in, greet me, acknowledge me...ANYTHING! He never did. After 5 mins of sitting there and being ignored, I drove to the front and went inside. Nathan was at the desk and I expressed what just occurred. He stated "I saw when you pulled up, and and had your paperwork ready for you. And I also saw you sitting there waiting." He told me he saw how Craig B, the Tire Bay Supervisor just stood there and ignored me. I asked for Craig's manager. Stella came and I explained to her what just occurred and I also let her know I have a brand new Mercedes Benz GLE53 COUPLE AMG, and I would never bring either one of my vehicles back here after being treated so poorly. Craig tried to say after I complained to management, that he didn't see me. It seems to me that he was trying to be funny as I have darker skin and his is lighter. He definitely saw me. Pull the footage and you will see exactly what I have described above. No one deserves to be treated that way. I will be following up with a letter to corporate as well as BJ's Member Care.

BJs Cumming GA, Market Place BLVD is the worst BJs I've ever been in, poor management, poor customer service, lacking inventory and their deli is the pits trying to get service. I will not be renewing my membership, why pay for aggravation when there are so many other choices?

Delivery driver here. Went to this store at 5am and seen a worker texting in front of one of the dock doors. No biggie, I’ll just back into another one. She was in front of dock three and I parked at dock one. At this point she is completely stationary staring at her phone. I check both my mirrors and backup cam and I’m in the clear, she has not left her position. As I’m parking, I see her staring at me and I shrug it off. When I get in, they immediately accuse me of nearly running her over and asking me how could I not have seen her. I’m completely puzzled and just tell them I seen her, she was texting and standing completely still a safe distance away from the truck. They laugh at me and the lady in question comes up to me and tries to start an altercation. All I could muster up was no ma’am to her accusations and to have a good day. Accusations like this can cause someone to lose their jobs. Fortunately my company has cameras around the truck so as this investigation goes on, her lies will surface. If you see this ma’am, get well soon.

Poor service at the Membership Services section. 4 members attending and resolving one person while I had to wait more than 30 minutes. They desperately need to have dynamic and skilled people at help desk.
