Very slow like others have said +4 hrs to load.
Snacks and drinks a must!
Clean trailer before arrival.
I use a Rigid 18v Jobsite Blower that works perfect on Dry Van Trailers.
Friendly staff.
Enough room to backup with no issues.
Check in office located at Corner of building on the Left hand side if facing the building.

One of the coolest places I've been, the building is tucked behind an other warehouse so be aware of that.

Came here a whole day early because my Trip Sheet only gave me a window. The staff were very kind and worked with me and were able to re-tag the load and get me loaded same day and rather quickly, especially compared to some other places.

The loaders were cool as heck, had a rhythm match with one of them from inside the trailer while I was outside. It's nice to see people with a good sense of humor and having fun at work.

Most places would have turned me around for being early but not this place which I'm extremely grateful for!

Parking can be a little tight if you have to wait jn a slot but there's plenty of room to set up for a 45 and back in once you get a door.

They are pretty picky about the trailer being clean, I cleaned all the big trash out but they still went through and sprayed it out, which I'm sure if I didn't vibe well with the crew I'd probably have had to do myself but they went the extra mile! Awesome place to get a load from. Hoping to come here again in the future sometime.

There are no signs for Birdsong Sylvester cold storage. After making the turn at Walmart off hwy 82, go about 3/4 mile to ConAgra shipping and recv on left( sign)turn left, follow road. Once u see ConAgra scales on ur right look straight and you will see another whse.. this is Sylvester cold storage. Open at 7am.. parking available if u arrive early like I did.

No overnight parking. Washrooms are inside the building open after 7:00am. First come first serve basis. They load one truck at a time. Almost 2-4 hours of waiting minimum. Docks are ok to back in. Trailers must be very clean or they will refuse after putting you on dock. Cold storage is inside the other warehouse so read signs.

Sylvester cold storage is the Birdsong peanut and it has the same entrance as Olam edible nuts. Go past the entrance door and you'll see the board for sylvester cold storage on the left. Friendly staff, quick loading, entrance door locked at night.
