I've been in here a zillion times recently. Maybe not quite a zillion, but several for sure. I really love all the Ace stores. Even with different owners, they really have consistently some of the best customer service you will ever find. This store can get busy, like any popular business, but they handle long lines well and try to minimize wait time, even in the paint area, which is where I've found myself spending the most time recently.
I'm painting the interior of a toyhauler, and decided to change colors halfway through my already tedious project. (Wtf is wrong with me? I don't know...)
I'm also taking on two projects at my parent's home: staining a wood deck and treating an old fence with wood oil. A gigantic project I've realized, but the fence looks incredible so far.
The help I've received at this store extends from explaining to me in-depth the options available for each project, to not laughing at my dumb questions, which there are many of.
There's usually a greeter here when you arrive, and it's never hard to finish someone to point you in the right direction when you're looking for a particular item.
I like feeling appreciated when I'm spending my money, and the sincerity of their staff, as well as the rewards you receive after shopping here, both accomplish that.

Ugh. Ace proves once again why I dont shop local and just go to Amazon. Picked up a simple shower rod, where some said 24.99 and others 11.99... so I intentionally bought the 11.99 one only to have it ring as 25.99 at the register ... naw. I'm good.... I'm not wasting my time arguing with a manager... I'll order from the comfort of home and forgo the incompetence at ace.

I had a wonderful experience with Katie an ace hardware specialist. I had some plumbing items that I needed for my plumber. Here knowledge and expertise helped my plummer complete our work without having to find items himself. If you need assistance with items ask for Katie.

Horrible customer service, manager had me followed around the store as if I was stealing, and followed me to the end of the parking lot to see where I was going after I left.

I have learned that I can always find what I am looking for at Bill's Ace Hardware. Even Home Depot or OSH don't always have what I need. Ace is the place to also save money.
