My appt was at 7pm, got here at 430pm and the put me in a dock right away. Read the reviews b4 getting here but so far they have been pretty good here. No over night parking and no staging area.

They do not respect the driver's time. I arrived at 7:45 am for an 8:00 am appointment and they kept me until 3:40 pm OTR drivers avoid this place ‍♂️

Read all of the bad reviews on this place and it had me pissed that I got stuck delivering a load here. My experience was very different than my counterparts though. I had a 6am delivery and I arrived at 4:15 am they let me right in. When I went around to the receiving office she informed me they wouldn’t actually start up until around 5am and assigned me a door immediately. 5:02am my light turned red. 5:45 it turned green. You have to wait for them to call you for your paperwork which took about 10 mins. Maybe it was because I was extremely early but I had no problems here and experienced good attitudes from everyone I came into contact with.

This the worst Distribution Center Ive had to deliver to. The Recieving Lady is kind of arrogant. Maybe over worked or simply doesn't like truck drivers. Had a 9am appointment. 2 hours later no door. Asked the lady who said she doesn't know

If you are on time for appt, you will be empty in at least 4 hours. Front side dock have rack which make backing on to dock very difficult. Doors 160-173. Highly unnecessary that the racks are out there. Plenty of room for racks to be relocated.

Breaker 1-9. If delivering plan on waiting a minimum of 5 hours from your scheduled appointment time. Bring lots of food, A real bathroom is provided and personally I hope you stank it up real good. I'm sure a consultant will do a time study and close the place. Property looks very neglected.

Wow, this is my first time coming to drop off big-lot cargo, but it's the last. The truth is that these people have no respect for truckers and they don't care that you lose all day here, they take out a pallet every half hour. For God's sake, I ask all truckers to unite and not make any more deliveries for this site.
