Use the right lane!! Arrived with 2 trucks (2 separate loads) an hour early, And an hour and a half early. Took us both gotta door fast (bring seal in office), both trucks un loaded and back out the gate in about 45 minutes, exceptional service. Yard a bit dirty, especially by the shipping/ receiving office.

7hrs to unload 19 skids. This has to be one the worst places I've ever delivered to. Security was polite upon entry and exit; receiving office staff was robotic. Door assignment is quick but be prepared to sit and wait for the green.

Disgrace. My appointment was at 7 o'clock, I checked in at 6.40 and I immediately approached the Dock, the red light came on, I was happy that they had started, I thought it would end early but in one word, it was terribly slow, they didn't finish for 5 hours and they wasted my time. It shouldn't take 5 hours to unload a trailer, I guess they carried it with their hands and unloaded it.

Its was good for me. I GOT LUCKY i guess. Had 5am appointments. Guard let me in 3am. But receiving office will not open till 5am. CHECK IN 5am. Unload me 7am. ITS A SWAMP OVER ALL REALLY TIGHT PLACE TRAILER EVERY WHERE.

Blind Monkeys with One Arm and One Leg Each Could Unload a Trailer Faster Than These People!!! Security was Polite and Professional and The Lady That Checks You In was Great, However, Whoever is Driving the Forklifts to Unload the Trucks Needs to be Replaced, A.S.A.P.!!!

If they have 0 start I will click on it .is my second time delivery been here since 08:30 now is 14:35 and still not empty,already been with them 2 breaks. Also I lost another pickup by 13:00 today

Worst horrible place to be unloaded I had 6am appt came 5:45am got door right the way but they start unloading at 7am now 2pm still unloading… don’t know how long will take .. crazy. I lost my next pick up because of this place
