These guys were so pleasant to work with. Very courteous, responsive and go above and beyond. We weren't sure which decking size we needed so they sent someone to measure for us in order for us to order exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.

I bought a used forklift and used Mazzanine system from Big joe. Used Mazzanine system were missing some parts, but they seriously take the responsibility and made a things right. I rushed to received the Used forklift, so they did not have a enough time to test it. The unit has some cylinder issues, but they sent a technician out, dianose the problem, brought the unit back and repair it. I will give them a 5 star for the trustable customer servidces.

We are appliance store and we have a three warehouses and we use big Joe all the time. They are the best very good customer service whenever we need a service on the equipment they are fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.
