My husband got a storage unit from them on February 3rd and canceled the agreement on the 4th and was told they will refund him his money back just not the credit card fee. I understand when you sign agreement you don't get nothing back but they said they will I have it recorded on my phone and text messages but the owner doesn't live up to word but hide...A shaded kind of business that is all about money and lies..

Big Dog storage has been a wonderful experience all these years I've been with them. The owner and staff are very proffesional and always very kind. They work with you in hard times. I have used Big Dog storage facility multiple times. Always, they have been accommodating and helpful. I left the area but all my things are safely tucked away and watched by them. I absolutely recommend them to anyone needing storage. They are the best.

Big Dog self storage was fantastic! Simple, clean, secure, and easy to access. Never had any problems. Communicated well when they painted the units and always had the information about which number my unit was even while they renumbered them.

They added a fence for security after some break ins and in doing so doubled the price of our unit. Looking at other options.

There are no bathrooms. The lights are motion dection. So as I was trying to unload my trailer the light kept going off. That was annoying. It was dark and cold. It took me longer to unload and arrange bcuz there is no light by my unit.😒🤨
