Big Dog storage was great. Their automatic payments are great. Staff is excellent! Facilities are clean and well kept. I called to rent a unit have to leave a voicemail my call was returned right away. setting up an account to rent a unit is online and very easy to use.

I will rent from them again if I ever have the need.

We rented a large unit for about 6 months. The unit was very clean. The prices are fair and the ability to book month to month and terminate rental at a moments notice, makes it a positive, and easy for the customer. The companies customer service is very good. Coming from the customer service and hospitality industry, it is not so common these days.

Big dog storage has been an awesome and secure place to work with. The friendly staff make it quick and easy to get an available unit. Yard is open far a large portion of the day making dropping off and picking up convenient. Text to open or pin entry means we know our belongings were safe.

Just finished using their storage units, and was very pleased with their service! They have clean, big units! My only complaint is that at the location on Willow Lane in Taylor it feels like they crammed too many new units on the side. When we first put our stuff in storage it was wide open and we were able to pull up right close with a trailer. When we came back to empty our stuff we found very cramped space between units and had to park the trailer a ways away from our unit, which made for a long day of moving heavy stuff! All in all it was a very positive experience though and I’d recommend them to anyone!

The remote manager named Angie is the absolute sweetest and nicest person I have ever dealt with at any customer service place. So very helpful. She made my month. I would give her a million stars if I could.
