I cannot express how pleased I am with the service that Big Box Storage has offered to me. Particularly with Dan, the driver who was responsible for dropping the boxes for the first time. His communication was impeccable from the very beginning to the very finish. Due to the fact that I was unable to be present when Dan dropped the boxes, he went over additional actions to assist and make things simpler. I have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone who is in the process of moving, and I believe that the pricing are reasonable.

Big box storage is my go-to for box storage! Prices are much better than competitor Pods, plus amazing customer service. Dan was my delivery driver today. He was on time and absolutely amazing to work with! I got my box right where I wanted it. I really appreciate the quality of professionalism this company offers as well as the pricing and flexibility. Highly recommend!

My partner and I have used Big Box several times over the past 15 years. The prices are extremely reasonable. The thing that pushes this company over the top is the stellar customer service!! We have been lucky enough to get Dan as our driver most of the time. Dan always asks us how the service has been. This guy has offered to help us load and unload a heavy desk on more than one occasion.

Very easy and hassle free. When I originally called, the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and explained everything. The delivery was made as scheduled. I decided to keep it longer than I planned, and again no problems. When I was finished , I simply called and they scheduled an appointment. I received a call before the driver arrived. I didn't have to be home. They only requested an empty container and access to the property. I won't hesitate to use them again if needed.
