Not picking up trash for 2 weeks at a time in Sugarloaf. Thank you so much. The coyotes have ripped into my bins multiple times since Christmas as i set them out hoping the service will be by the following day... You could at least let the public know which dates will be used for trash pick up during holidays. What a nightmare.

Tried to call about how the trash trucks are throwing my trash cans everywhere in the street and blocking traffic and the ladies in the front office had a terrible attitude as always. I'm not surprised it's been like this for years and yet it's always the same mean ladies in the office when I call. I think that this company should listen in on some of the phone calls with their customers and see what I'm talking about. Worst trash service ever.

Kendall at CSD is the very Worst! Gloria tries and does her best. The trash service is POOR POOR POOR!! THEY MISS US AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH. The Kendall person is inept and rude.and blatantly lies. She says they picked it up and I have numerous videos of them driving by without pu. I'm going to the board and bringing the media and gonna picket outside the office as they just don't care. Wish I could be like Kendall and get paid to NOT DO MY JOB!! The trash guys well some are great and some don't DO THEIR JOBS. Mr. Zamora promised me on Oct. 2022 they would take a pic each time to ensure pick up...well that isn't the case. I chased the truck today unbelievably poor poor svc. From the puck up to management. Going way up..and Kendall should be fired.

Horrible customer service. Kendel or kaylen, who ever answers the phone is awful. Drivers are awesome its the office staff that needs to be fired.
