I have 2 spaces rented and have found the owners to be very nice people to work with. Jeff went out of his way to get me in a unit when I was on a time crunch and unorganized. It's nice to have people on-site instead getting an answering machine.

Best Way Storage has a great facility- well maintained and clean units. The owners provide good security by being on site. They go above and beyond helping those in need. If you have any questions about some of these reviews just call them- so you can “ get The rest of the story” Ms Laurel Barrier Winslow - if you find a storage facility that lets you go 4 months without paying please let us know so we can refer other customers like you to another facility. Mr Gilmore was ask NOT to store with us again after our first experience with him- then he came back and begged to rent with us again so we let him- people reading reviews just be aware there always are two sides to EVERY story..Thank you!

I'm only giving them one star because that's the minimum you have to give them to leave a review. They are NOT trustworthy AT ALL!!! They have blamed me for a church issue that I was affiliated with at the time, and they cut the lock off of my personal shed and NEVER notified me!!! I found out that it was done a year and a half ago and their excuse is that they couldn't get in contact with me, but I have been in contact with them every month for over a year and a half. NOT ONCE did they tell me!! They are definitely WORST WAY STORAGE. If I still lived in the area, I would take them to small claim court and sue them for it, unfortunately I live in another state now but I got my stuff out and I'm never coming back!!

I only gave one star because you have to make an option. I called the company to get the physical address and the person on the other line told me he couldn't give it to me. I have my things stored there and lost the paperwork so I just needed the address to pick my stuff up. Terrible customer service!!! I will never use this facility again!
