Hands-down, the best storage unit in Oroville , I had the best customer service ever. It’s a very well maintained storage units and I feel safe here on this property, I recommend this place to everyone, the manager was very helpful And I see that she really cares for the Storage

The young lady Nicole that manages this storage facility does an amazing job in every aspect. It is kept very clean. She is gifted with such a beautiful heart and spirit. one of a kind. I do wish the hours were a little later 7:00 is kind of early for closing. Especially during spring/summer months. Mahalo blessings to you Nicole

Gate access is 7am-7pm. The prices are decent and facility is always clean of trash. I haven't seen any evidence of mice or rats which is absolutely amazing! The manager is AMAZING!! Thank you Nicole!
My only complaint is the gate access... The hours need to be extended especially during the time of year it doesn't get dark until 9pm. And I'm not sure what the penalty is if you enter or exit during off hours.

The professionalism of Nicole is amazing. You don't often see this level of professionalism in Oroville. This place is way more neat and clean now. There is a huge difference from this place a few years a ago compared to now. It nice to see how she has turned this place around for the better. I know my stuff is alot more safer with her as management.
