Special thanks to our driver Merwin, for being so professional; providing excellent service, and being so personable. The workers hired on either end were efficient and courteous. All our goods from dirt bikes to antique furniture arrived in great condition.
Bill, our first contact, was on top of it with planning and scheduling. He worked with us on all of our needs. A great experience overall and we can’t say thank you enough to the entire team.

Fantastic move with Berger/Allied. I've moved 16 times in 30 years of Army service and this team was better than any of my moves. I coordinated this move for my mother to move cross-country. Every aspect of this move was World-class! Mike Whittaker in the Phoenix office was kind, professional, and he made my mother very comfortable about the process. Mike was great and the team that followed was equally remarkable: Phil, Vic, Gil, John, and Frank. Everything they did was to a very high standard, they were courteous, packed everything very carefully, and routinely checked with us to ensure all instructions were followed. I strongly endorse this very professional company - you can't go wrong.

I have used Berger for 3 moves. The one in Chicago was great, packed me, moved me into storage here in Arizona. So I thought I sure I will use them to move into my apartment in the city. The communication was terrible with the office. Then while moving one of the elevators broke down and the guy (mover) managing the elevator was so HIGH, he didn't realize 3 of my boxes were on the elevator at the time. Found out 3 days later that my boxes were on the 7th floor. Had to calll them to bring those boxes down. And then for some reason, I thought it was was a good idea to use them for my move to my condo. They had to pack my apartment, load it, load my stuff from storage and load my boyfriends stuff. The communication with the office again was terrible, in fact, I had to call the sales guy OUT for basically telling to CALM down when they won't confirm the times that people would be at my apartment to pack. And then after all of that, they sent me an additional bill for $305 saying I am being charged for an extra hour...don't think that is my fault. And I am missing a box of Yetis and Contigo mugs. And they are saying they have no idea where it is. Wouldn't use them again, their communication and customer service is not good.

If I could rate them a ZERO, I would! To start, the movers stated, we do not move anything once in the home. I’ve moved over 13 times in my life and never heard such nonsense. The move was going well until they were about 80% done. (We even bought them lunch from Portillos because things were going so well). Once we realized more than 20 of our containers, 10 boxes, and 2 of our dining room chairs were missing, things went downhill from there. We also made a comment of how dirty they made the walls during the move (moving into a brand new built home). At that point the head guy went BALLISTIC! It was completely sudden and we had no idea there was a problem. He started pulling up all the plastic and blankets, he wouldn’t even talk to us, and simply left! Like WTH?! He just left! They didn’t even assemble all the furniture!
You would have to be crazy to ever use this mover! We’re hoping when we call on Monday that they finish the move and bring us the remainder of our things!

Do not move anything with this company! Did a cross country move a couple of months ago, and boxes are missing, probably because they had several moves in one truck, and items were delivered to the wrong destination. The claims department is not helpful at all, and will waste months of your time just to tell you there's nothing they can do.

I can only say wonderful things about the entire team that I worked with at Berger Allied. I moved cross-country and had a vehicle shipped along with all of my things. From the beginning, Bill Watson was amazing. He was thorough, professional, efficient and spot on with my estimate. My moving coordinator, Charla Guerrera, blew me away as well. She was always available, prompt with her responses when I had questions, and she did so much to make sure I was comfortable from start to finish. What a wonderful pair to have on staff. Such an asset to the company! Let me just say, I have moved many times in state and the crew that packed and loaded my items was the best I’ve EVER seen. They were so careful and professional. Top notch! Traveling from AZ to NC, my items arrived in excellent condition and the crew who unloaded and unpacked was just as meticulous as the first crew. I really don’t think Berger Allied has a bad employee. I’m astounded by how smooth this move has been. It is so nice to be able to focus on the other things that make an out of state move stressful and know that your personal items are in great hands. I will definitely use and recommend Berger Allied in the future.

Allied-Berger handled our move from Phoenix to Chattanooga, TN. Really great service from the estimation process, through the loading, transport and unloading. The driver and moving crew were very friendly on both ends of the move. Good communication from the driver while in transit. They wrapped all furnishings very carefully and, with one minor exception, our possessions all arrived in fine shape. Hopefully this is my last cross country move, but if I ever had to do it again it would go with the same company.

The teams that packed, loaded and unloaded our household were efficient, polite and worked tirelessly to get the job done. I would definitely recommend Allied to anyone anticipating a move. The office team kept us informed at important steps in the move or had our driver call us regarding arrival information.

We did lose items on this move, perhaps an entire box full. Called Allied afterwards, but there didn't seem to be any return of a wrong delivery of our items or a box put in incorrect storage.
I am disappointed because the items were quite varied and not of any value except to us. 🙁
