Extremely unprofessional experience. I attempted to communicate with this broker multiple times and was repeatedly hung up on without explanation. When I called back from a different number, he answered — only to claim the load had been “taken care of.” When I calmly addressed the earlier behavior, he hung up again.

This type of conduct is unacceptable in this industry. I’ve already filed formal complaints with the appropriate agencies and informed my carrier network. If this is how they treat potential partners, I strongly advise others to be cautious.

We all work hard in this business — mutual respect should be the bare minimum.

I use to love this company tried to refer a lot of people. I was with them for almost 2 yrs when my contract was terminated cause I wrote a review on a customer that was being very rude to me and I left in tears. I had took the review down within a couple min of putting it up. I could care less about that. The fact I never had damages, complaints, or filings and they wouldn’t even listen to me they just wanted the contract back from the customer. These people don’t care about you they are just worried about lining their pockets. Best that you find a better company to go with. It’s all good in the beginning but you will soon see they don’t care about you or your time

This company was hired by our mobile home managers. Rude employees to the public. Yelling at me and my neighbor. They destroyed trees and things on others properties. Almost hit one of my parked cars out front instead of knocking on my door and asking me to move. Also bringing children and them running around while equipment was running and tearing down a mobile home. Very safe work site practices? no caution tape no cones no demo permit posted kids. Blocking driveways and roadways. If I were to hire someone it wouldn't be them. Shouldn't be rude to anyone or a potential customer.

I was on the toter side and loved it the pay was great until I got on the wrong side of the safety man Nathaniel he pretends to be a Christian to your face and then lies behind your back everything about this company is great except him and whatever you do don’t bring your own truck buy there’s if u have one of there trucks you will never get fired no matter how much you screw up but if you have your own they Nathaniel will look for ways to get rid of you get rid of this safety guy who knows nothing about trucking and lies to his drivers and put someone in who actually has cdls this place would be great

I received a tonu for $50 after driving 2 hours to pick up. I spent $80 in fuel and 4 hours drive time. The shipper was closed all day. I don’t think this is fair. I had no fault in this, why should I have to pay out of pocket for this. I don’t recommend working with Jeremy Sparkman!

This places is horrible they got mad because I called a bus manufacturer to figure out what is going on because they would put the loads on the board when I ask for information or if I can do it. Lisa and Ron control the dispatch of busses and play favorites on who to give them to. They should learn how to treat people and learn customer service definitely not a family company

One of their drivers passed us doing the speed limit. He had a wide load speeding and passing traffic. Others had to pull to shoulder of the highway to get out of his way. His truck was in his own lane but not his load.

This is by far the worse place. But they are typical. Owner Operator here.. I actually leased with all my stuff.. could've been worse maybe. In bad times to retain driver ect. They should reduce percentages and cost.. they also nickel and dime ya to Hell!!!!!!! Never ever would I recommend this huge company to any owner operator! Bye 👋 forever bunch of Felicia's!
