Located off of 84 , Google maps is accurate , park truck and walk to guard shack to check in. Guard will give you further instructions. Arrived at 6am for 7am appointment sent to dock right away and unloaded in an hr . Waited longer for lumper fee which is done electronically. Out by 9:30am. Has overnight parking.

I only came to get a load of pallets but place is super big for trucks. I was in and out . As soon as i bumped a dock i was loaded within 10-15 mins. Great place and security guy at guard shack is super friendly . I can tell he was having an amazing day.

Extremely disappointed with the operations and the way they handle business at this facility, I was here on Tuesday the fourth and everything went wrong started with the way that the security guard welcomes you. It shows a lack of empathy and respect for your fellow drivers, I know that as a security guard, they may not have a lot of education, but you can always educate yourself along the way And learn to deal with people better way, But oh, well this is who they have representing their facility. I guess I don’t care about the drivers bring in the product..

I visited the Location in New Brockton, AL to deliver my load and let me tell you the customer service there is phenomenal! Sue was the Guard that checked me in and she deserves whatever award it is to have from the experience she created with every driver she encountered. She was very respectful, smooth and fast transition, and informative. Any driver that visits this location you won’t be disappointed.

Arrived on time for 0900 appointment. I received a door immediately. Park your truck and then walk to the guard shack to check in. Lots of room for overnight parking.

They only receive between the hours of 0500 and 1100. Was at the window by 0530 in door by 0600, unloaded by by 0630 and out of there by 0730. Not bad in my book. Then again only had 4 pallets. They have overnight parking, GPS takes you to wrong place, they’re off of 84. If you sleep the marathon, make a right on to 84, 1/2 mile on the tight. FYI

Awesome experience and facility. Unloading in a timely manner, Capstone was great this time. The guard named Sue was friendly, professional and helpful. I guess she is the best guard I've dealt with in 10+ years OTR. The young guy in the receiving office was great too. Overall it was one of the best deliveries. Spacious lot, i came here the previous night to deliver in the morning. Only issue the...GPS which was unable to find it. Lupus7 company , dock #45. (Google map found it) Only 1 request to the company: please put some lights at the entrance, it's very dark at night

I absolutely love everyone from my Salesman Jacob, to Ramona at the desk, Duran who always greats me with a smile and helps me in every way, the food shows are great. Prices across the board ate the best on average, and I feel like it’s more of a community and family. Golden rule is a fan!
