First of all no parking area while waiting on dock, no turning around and they left every truck in and tell u to park on available dock which is not available u lucky if u got one right way and if u got one sometimes hard to dock because no space.

*for fast loading once on dock
* for management tried everything to get docks for drivers
*checking in and out .

Old man on blue desk maybe he needs break, he’s very rude and slow

1) Long line at gate, not organized.

the yard is nothing but a disaster, tight spots and very little to no room to maneuver, people inside seem to be cool, but we’ll see how long it will take them to load a trailer cause other drivers been here for hours.

Took 5 hrs to load... The yard was a mess... Security kept letting trucks in and it got to the point that even the mules were struggling to get around...

I recently interacted with Anthony Guest in the shipping department, and unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. His demeanor was consistently rude and unprofessional, leaving me questioning his suitability for a role dealing with the public. The overall service fell far short of expectations, and I believe any company could find better individuals to represent them in customer-facing roles.

That old guy at the blue desk, Dre, was very unpleasant, to put it that way. Unprofessional and w attitude for no reason. Other employees were nice. I was there early so it wasn't overcrowdedand they loaded quickly.
