Rented a storage locker here. The facility was super clean, well run, and great security. Unfortunately, movers for the out of state storage locker I was emptying were dishonest and I had to send them away on moving day. Ultimately, I could not get my things moved. Thankfully Bellam Storage gave me a full refund for the storage locker I had reserved . Super easy to work with. I'll be back when I can retrieve my belongings.

Excellent service and they shared valuable insights overall on all matters related to storage, packing materials and moving.
The owner is hands on and always willing to help. Her staff are very friendly and also very helpful. A "one stop shop" for everything you need with storage, packing and moving related things. The best!!

I dropped off my car at Bellam auto repair next door. Booked an Uber and went out to wait for the ride. It starts to rain so I step under a tree in front of Bellam storage. Not blocking anyone not in the way just shelter from the rain. Out comes the owner/manager. Asking if she can help me. I said no I’m just waiting 2 minutes for a ride to come. She gets upset and tells me to “leave her property “ . I asked if she was kidding.. she’s going to get upset I’m under a tree in front of her building for two minutes while it rains? Note she comes out with an umbrella clearly it’s raining. I told her she should learn some compassion and community .. how on earth am I hurting her? By the time she’s all worked up and threatening to call the police my ride comes and I’m gone. No wonder that place is empty and she has nothing better to do than to harass people. We have rented in the past, won’t ever again. She lost a customer over a tree and rain.

Extremely rude lady behind the counter who made incorrect assumptions about me as a person. Negative customer service experience and awful sales skills. I would be ashamed if I was the owner that this is the experience representing my brand. Don’t judge a book by its cover.
