Do you want to buy your expensive stuff and ship them to Belize? do you want those expensive items stolen? look no further than to ship with Belizean Queen Freight Services.
I shipped my products with two of the same items, placed them in the package, packaged them, and had them shipped. I was waiting for my items to reach me, but when I received my shipment, one of the items was missing. I tried reaching out to get an update on the missing items, but no luck. There is no reason for customs to remove one item and leave the other, so someone from the company had to see it and decide they wanted it more than me.
It's just hard to trust these companies nowadays. With all this happening, I am really hoping I can get my money back for my item or get the brand-new item back unopened. I am pretty sure who took it already uses it by now.
a lot of us trust these companies to conduct our business and buy things for customers and now we look bad as thew business owners because of these company's thing's employees stealing our products.

One thing yall can block me on facebook and delete all my comments because it’s the ultimate truth. Not one of these workers here can communicate. If yall providing a service and a customer has an inquiry, issue or questions you should be able to rectify and resolve the problem. But no y’all have no kind of integrity. Just in it for the money & then half your damn stuff goes missing. Best believe this will be my last time using your up company. I wish I can give you no star!

These guys have helped me a lot in the past, but it seems like they know how to make money. We all know and understand the minimum charge of $60bz. I have had it several times that I get many small packages delivered well on time, and then they separate them into two shipments just to make it 2x$60.00
I mean, it's a smart idea, but not very sweet to work with as a customer

Back in Sept. I contacted the Cali location for a quote for several items I wanted shipped to Belize. During the brief call, I was asked to text this info along with additional details (sizes, etc) which is necessary in order to receive a quote. This was my first-time shipping internationally and I thought pictures would suffice but this was also me being lazy. Anyway, I provided all the product dimensions for the items and text was acknowledged with a response ‘I will get back to you by the end of the day’ and I responded ‘okay, thanks’ to acknowledge text was received (android user here so I can’t add ‘thumbs up emoji’ the text). Considering Sept. 10th was right around the corner, I decided to wait a lil because I believe there was a shipment heading out so I took this into consideration as well. But then, still nothing…
The reason for my delay in review is well… I wanted to visually verify that the other company I found, Belize Concierge (review posted for them too; click on my name and it should direct you to my reviews), were gonna ship my items, which they did! Also, I’m hoping my review can assist others whom may also be experiencing the stress I was back then and have a short time frame to get things accomplished.

I was recommended from my ex pat friends in Belize to use this service hub in Houston to ship a New hub cap and some close to a friend in Belize. I drove to the warehouse where they were loading the packages, filled out the paper work, and paid. I was told it would be at a address in Cayo by 2 weeks. Exactly what they said is exactly what happened. My friend went to pick up the box, which they charge you per size and had no issues. I would use this service again. Thank you!

My review is mixed as I send parcels many times with this company, many times without problems, sometimes not so good.. however is not professional to change your address on social media and expect your customers to know that. My parcel was sent to "old" address and new address was published on Facebook! I mean, FB is great for social entertainment..but, not all of us have a time for FB! Not sure how people think that running a business on FB is professional! I lost us$1500... Literally.
No compensation from this company, none! Not to mention it was parcel for a business. Very disappointing.
