Used their UHaul service renting trailer from here through my UHaul app and they were awesome. They took care of me and are very friendly and helpful. They are open on Sundays 9-5 yet is shows closed on google maps. I will definitely use them again.

Rude and demeaning staff and manager/owner. Second time I've had to work with them and I regret it. Won't give them another try.
Poor customer service, argumentative and condescending tone. Not too mention the ugly looks they give you. There are other options in town. Do business elsewhere. Response to the DM below: no, I didn't go over the mileage and no, I was not greeted kindly nor professionally. I was barked at, interrupted and mocked when I tried to explain what the original rental place had asked me to share. I called him and he apologized for the rude way I was treated but not this place! Your staff continued to belittle me and I did get frustrated. It is appalling to experience such illiterate and ignorant behavior. Your response indicated I was not a storage customer. That's about the only correct thing stated. Nice attempt. People, don't rent Uhaul trucks here. Storage rentals? All I can say is, it's your money! I am renting a storage unit elsewhere in town and love their customer service. No issues there. So, that is where I will refer people.

Horrible place when we first showed up to ask questions they were very rude they didn't give us any information didn't show us units didn't give us prices just told us to look online they have pictures of units and prices so we left, we only came back to them because it was the cheapest option at the time, after being there a few months we decided to get all our stuff out I showed up and noticed the gate was already opened so I drove in the manager same lady being rude the first time chased us down to our units and started talking to me like I'm a 5 year old like she need to feel superior and put everyone around her down she spent 10 minutes asking me dumb questions and wouldn't let me go until I told her multiples times that she is the boss and I messed up by driving in and not putting in the code what she wasted my time explaining could have been done in 30 seconds like hey please put in the code next time even if the gate is open but now she kept going on and on about she's the manager and she came here because I didn't put in the code and that she's the boss and that she needs to make sure I understand what I'm doing wrong it's not that serious her husband came in after her trying to intimidate us. they need to seriously work on their customer service no reason to be like that if I'm paying to be there

Paul was great. He held a spot for my new travel trailer while I went through the purchase process and was very courteous and professional. Very happy with the entire process.
For the second time in having to make a change in RV storage, Paul and Haley bent over backwards to assist me. Excellent customer service.
I now wanted to make a third move and as usual, Haley and Paul accommodated me with courtesy and professionalism. No problems or concerns on their part. Had all the paperwork ready when a came in on “move day” with the prorated rates, senior discount in place, etc. Continued excellent customer service.
