This is a long, overdue review. I called this company sometime last March. I was helped by Dorry Flynn to process customs docs that I need for my pick up truck. She walked me through the process and dealt with everything in a timely manner. She also answer my queries even after work hours and weekends! Since I work long hours (so as Dorry), I was not able to reply to her right away otherwise, the whole process would be quicker. I appreciate her patience and she is very professional. Finding Dorry was such an answer to prayers!! Who would have thought it would be so difficult to register a Canadian car in the US? (The car was already in the US so I thought it would be impossible!). She got everything done so fast and was helpful in every stage (even at the DMV)!
