I recently used this storage and delivery service, and while the actual storage and delivery aspects went smoothly, my experience with the owner & ops director left much to be desired.

When I reached out with questions about certain fees, I was met with a surprising lack of empathy. Instead of a constructive conversation, the response was dismissive, and I felt threatened when I was told that any further discussion (leaving a review) could lead to legal action for slander. This reaction was not only unnecessary but also made me uncomfortable.

In an industry where client relations are crucial, it's disappointing to encounter such a lack of understanding and support.

10:30am appointment set and I arrived at 10 along with another driver. Called number on bol and was told when the crew shows back up from deliveries, they would unload us. They showed up and asked us to to move out of our doors so they could load their truck and go back out. Not acceptable at all! Made us both late for our next stops! Only reply we get back after making our grievances was, "What am I supposed to do?" What you can do is hustle onto the dock and unload us THEN you can go back to making your deliveries! People at home took the day off or stayed home to wait for you, truck drivers are doing everything they can to keep your appointments! THINK ABOUT THAT! Should be a $10,000 fine for treating driver like this. And another thing, we ain't your dogs so quit whistling at us!

Personally I like delivering to this place. The staff are awesome to deal with. It’s fast and efficient. Sometimes backing into the docks can be a challenge because traffic in the area is often very busy. Call before you arrive to ensure a speedy delivery or load.

worst customer service ever. The scheduler girl likes to cut customers off before they even had a chance to explain the call, scold people and then hang up on their customers when she feels like she has had enough.
