Ordered 3 boxes of new Titleist ProV1 off Amazon and this is the seller. This is what came in the mail. Not sure who’s running this ponzy scheme but do not buy anything from them. Getting Amazon and the authorities involved.

Don't Trust this company.I purchased an extended life Cell Phone Zero Lemon Battery 7000mAh Battery from this company through Amazon. The battery turned out to be a complete Lemon and even after charging it overnight for 12 hours it was still completely dead. When I informed them via e-mail I wanted a full refund they only gave me one option of exchange and refused to send me a paid return shipping envelope because I was an International Customer in Canada (their policy). They were extremely difficult to deal with right from the start insisting that the problem was my fault when it was most certainly not. They failed to recognize Amazon's Policy that they MUST provide return shipping labels since my order was placed from the Amazon Site a clear business violation. E-mail after email anything to refuse giving me a proper refund. I finally ended up escalating the process to Amazon and filing a claim to get my money back. The stress of this issue with Bastex was very annoying. I strongly recommend any potential customers think twice before dealing with this company. I hope this review can help save potential consumers that do their diligent research before making a future purchase. Thanks.

Shipping was fast and service was great. Did experience a problem when I ordered a Lg g stylo phone case with a stylus pen and screen protector....it was incorrectly made . Screen protector was too large for phone and when I cut it to size my phone, the sticky part was on the other side of the protector with grid looking lines. I called right away and explained the problem, and they will send me a new one just like that. 🙂 Great! Recommend to use again.

I wish I could record a lower ratting than a 1 star, these people are crooks and it is as simple as that. I bought an LG G4 phone from them and it never would completely charge. Then shortly after having the phone less than 2 months it just stopped working all together. IO went in and gave them another chance and bought a samsung galaxy s5 phone for at&t service but the phone they sold me was for version and had been unlocked. After proving to them the phone was not completely compatible for at&t they would not refund my money and they became hard to deal with. I am now taking them to court to get my money back. When they tell you the phone works completely with a carrier but then it doesn't that is false advertising and warrants a civil suite. PROTECT YOURSELF DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I bought a samsung galaxy s7 edge zerolemon battery. When I got the shipment the case was for s6 edge and the battery was s7 edge. I tried contacting the company to replace the case but they never did. I would email them everyday to get their attention and all I would get in response is " we are working on the issue" that's it nothing else. I contacted PayPal for a refund they told me I am responsible for the return label not the shipper. It was the shippers fault but they made me pay the return label. VERY BAD SERVICE DON'T BUY ANYTNING FROM BASTEX PLEASE. CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WILL NOT HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR PACKAGE. THANKS

I ordered 2 Galaxy Note 4 from them guys about 3 months ago.
The phones come with a fast charger ok !
So my phone dies at 50% of battery life.
I contact them and they wanna tell me that I would have to charge my phone for 8 Hours ?
That's bull !
Now I have to buy a new battery after spending almost a $1000 on 2 phones.
Never again will I buy from these guys !
I'm so pissed.

I purchased a refurbished cell phone from this company. It immediately had problems with the charging port. Instead of replacing the phone, the company sent me a new charger. This helped temporarily, but I was unable to use any other charger. A few months later, the problem recurred and the port completely broke. Despite the fact it was the same problem I originally had, the company refused to replace the phone or reimburse me for the repair ($100) because it was a few weeks past 90 days. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

I'd give -10 stars if I could. Horrible company to work with - the worst I've ever dealt with. Advertised one item, but sent the cheaper version. When I asked nicely to have them correct the problem, I was told: "tough luck". Several emails back and forth, and they said I could return it, at my own expense, and pay a restocking fee - I would have gotten less than half of the $60+ I paid. Had to involve Amazon to get the problem corrected. Amazon refunded some of the money. But Bastex/Fenix Select/"Whatever name they're using now" sent me a snarky email telling me they "would have helped me out, but since I'd invoked Amazon's A-Z guarantee, "your warranty is no longer valid." Why would that be the case other than pure spite? Now, 3 months later, and the battery is still defective (it only ever had half the capacity they advertised) and I'm getting the runaround on a replacement. Avoid at all costs.
