Nickey Warehouses, very misleading. I arrived at noon to pick up a load that they told the broker at 11 am they had ready. I stood at the counter for 30 minutes and then the general manager came out, told me they were “working on it” and took my cell number.
He calls me 30 minutes later and says the same thing. Over the next 3 hours I sit in my truck as the broker, my dispatcher and myself call the company and general manager and are all told they had the load and were “working on it.”
I finally get a dock at 3pm and get loaded quickly. This is a wide open warehouse and it was obvious they didn’t have the load and were lying. Just be honest so I know what to expect, I was already on the clock so I could have gone anywhere to wait.

this is the worst place to come. I arrived at 11 am... it's 3:30 pm and they haven't let me know, more than 6 trucks have arrived after me and they load them and not me, and they don't give a reason why, they just say that I have to wait. No truck that appears in the photo was there when I arrived. I will definitely reject this load

Cool staff... hours of operations are 0800 to 1630...gates will be locked at quiting time... if you park at the McDonald's nearby, it is likely that your trailer will be looted...you have been warned ⚠️.

Guy that loaded me said they have new and better management. I have no clue if that is true or not. However, I do know that they had me in and out, pulling out of the gate within 45 minutes. Super nice. A+++

Turn right onto titan road. Shipping for basf is south west corner. Door 3. Need 148 or 88 number.

Would have only given 1 star because of the rudeness of the receiving clerk but the guy who unloaded me did try. That said, good luck if you're coming here.
