The driver who was in charge was totally rude (maybe his last delivery on Friday afternoon), but would avoid buying from Home Depot if this is their delivery service in the future. We purchased both a dishwasher and refrigerator, and paid for the dishwasher to be installed. Apparently he doesn't like doing dishwashers. First comment was if the bottom panel didn't come off the counter, they couldn't install it. My husband helped him pull the panel off, next he said he screwed the legs down as far as they would go, so he couldn't fit it properly. Left a big gap at the top, not level (crooked), ran a cycle without removing the paperwork inside, and left. I've included pictures of how he left it and after we reinstalled it ourselves the next money. I will be asking Home Depot for my install fee back.

Buyer beware- do NOT buy appliances at Home Depot...they are installed by this horrible company. They assume no responsibility or accountability for the customer experience.They installed our washer uneven and tried blaming our floor (see picture). The driver was rude to my neighbor and when I inquired about the unevenness the other employee was useless. After they left, we’d so covered the washer had no running water. We’re returning our appliances and would not recommend buying appliances for rom Home Depot or using this company.

I had ordered a Samsung refrigerator that we had been looking at at Home Depot. A local delivery company, Barlow's Delivery, scheduled the delivery to my home. On delivery day, they called 30 minutes before hand
and showed up on time with four (4) guys. As I requested, the unit arrived still in the factory box to help protect the large 21.5 inch display screen in the door. I didn't notice any damage to the container or unit at all.

They were very, very careful in un-boxing it after removing the front door, to my home, its a big door and this was a bigger refrigerator. It was moved into the home with 3 guys being very careful not to touch anything, with it and they did it.

Installation was straight forward with handles being property mounted, water lines checked for leaks, doors aligned and footings leveled. The paper worked and bill of lading was properly explained.

I've read several negative reviews for this company, and that's unfortunate that other customers didn't get the four men that
arrived here. Two were supervisors and two were being trained
and each step explained to them. Their training looked good.

I would like to thank Barlow's for making this delivery happen on the day they said they would, and the crew; Supervisors Tim Morris and Robert Martinez and the hard working new guys in training, Sean Barnett and Kevin Mitchell. Good job guys, Thanks.

If I could give a zero I would!
I had a washer and dryer delivered from Costco, with free installation, and a stacking kit.
Delivery was set for Friday, nobody called to give a delivery window, so I call Friday morning and they say, "It isn't coming today, it will be there Thursday instead."
Really?!?!
Driver gets here and says, "Oh, you have a stacking kit, there will be an extra fee to install that."
I explain, install is included from Costco, he can't tell me how much it will cost and that it will be billed to me after. I told him I am not paying extra for something that's included.
He says he will get them in the house so I can do the stacking kit.
Okay, so he brings them in and didn't connect anything, says I can do that when I put the stacking kit on. Lack of customer service skills and when I call the office I explain my situation and she tells me to call Home Depot to find out how much install would be. Really, this was Costco, like I told you.
So they put a washer and dryer in the house and did not connect anything.
Costco is being made aware of this situation and explained that the install was included for free and that Barlow did not do their job. I know it isn't the fault of Costco, but they need to be made aware of what is happening with the delivery aspect.

Honestly, I read the reviews and was pretty concerned with how this would go. But I ordered my washer through Home Depot and had no other choice. Honestly my experience with them was perfectly fine. They had to reschedule my delivery to the next day, but the guys who came out were in and out in 10 minutes. They wore masks, asked us about our day, gave us a call 30 minutes before arrival, hauled off our old one. He connected everything, made sure it worked, made sure it was level. Overall was pleasant and the customer service was great. I’m glad I had a wonderful experience and really appreciate it!

If I could give a negative I would. I had a fire incident at home and had to replace my kitchen appliances. Home Depot has always been my go-to, never had an issue with them. However, it took a month to deliver my appliances. Not to mention, customer service was great at first but then I the manager hung up the phone on me after telling me she was going to have my appliances delivered one week later. Would never recommend this company. I'm not one to write many reviews but I don't want anyone to go through what we went through.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
Absolutely worst delivery-install company. Bought my dishwasher through Home Depot and paid for haul-away and install. First they arrived last week and told me they couldn't install the dishwasher because it was too far from the sink, I told them if they needed a specific material I could go to home depot and get it for them, they said no, that I needed to call a handy man. The delivery guys were rude and patronizing. I told them to take the appliance away that I would call Home Depot for a refund.
Now Home Depot were very responsive and scheduled another installer to do the job, they supplied with the install kit necessary for the install and helped through the process.
I schedule the delivery for a second time and ask Barlow directly if they will take the old appliance away, they say that it is included, but the day of the delivery, the same rude guy from last week calls me 5 minutes before arriving telling me that "My husband needs to unplug and remove the dishwasher before they arrive so that they can take it away."
I just didn't want to deal anymore, told them just to deliver the appliance and just leave. They have the worst service, I don't know why Home Depot keeps using them, I will reconsider purchasing any installation through home depot if they are working with them.

Purchased a washing machine from Home Depot that was supposed to be delivered and installed. Delivery showed up six hours early (no phone call to warn me), so only my wife was home. They dropped the washer hard enough to bend the metal frame. Then they told my wife they had 16 more deliveries today and needed to hurry. They went inside, turned the knobs for the water lines (which turn without an issue) and told my wife that the knobs were "gummy" and that I should have called Home Depot to give an inspection before I called them. They refused to install the unit, and they drove off, leaving a damaged unit and Styrofoam and cardboard in the driveway.

The unit they dropped is damaged and today they were supposed to deliver the new unit. They called at 845 (on a Tuesday) and told me they would be at my house in between 15-30 minutes. I told them I was at work and couldn't get off of work until noon. The response was to tell me that I would need to reschedule and then hung up on me.

When I called back at noon to see when they could deliver the working unit, I was told that the delivery drivers were done for the day (it's 12:30) and that the soonest they could deliver it would be 10 days from now.

I'm frustrated and angry. Every week that we do not have a working washing machine is costing my family ~$60 at a laundromat.

I won't use Barlow's again. I won't use any company that hires Barlow's again. When I called Home Depot to talk about this, their response was to apologize and tell me that they FREQUENTLY receive complaints about Barlow's.
