This was the third time we have used this company. The first two times were 5 star, no issues! This last time was an absolute nightmare. I hate even giving them
1 star…they don’t deserve it! Firstly, they damaged a pipe while disconnecting the washing machine. Flooded the laundry room and back entry. They did get a plumber out asap to fix the pipe; however the plumber had to cut the sheetrock to make repairs and baby Huey said they would send someone to repair the Sheetrock…they did not. All of the baseboards were ruined from the water damage and they tried to blame it on us saying it was preexisting…we just had the house inspected there was no water damage! This is bad business! My sister was helping us move and $200 stolen from her purse in an obvious way. My husband’s wedding band also disappeared during the the move. Baby Huey’s has taken zero responsibility for any of this and if I had the energy I’d sue them. I don’t recommend this company at all!!!

We truly had a fantastic moving experience! Our crew was knowledgeable, courteous and did an amazing job moving us to our new home. I can’t say enough about Baby Huey Movers and I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience! Also, not anything was damaged, including our baby grand piano! Highly recommend them.

Damaged my brand new tv and claimed they are not responsible for the damage. Would not recommend. Talked to a “supervisor” and was told that they are not liable for the damage and they tried to get me to sign a waiver claiming I was satisfied with the move and release them from any damages. Make sure you know what you are signing because they will not explain anything to you.

Find someone else.

Always read the fine print, because while he says that I would be signing that the job is complete in the fine print it very clearly stated that signing that paper would release them from any liability for damaged items. So guy doesn’t even know his own paperwork.

If I plan to move again, I will absolutely use this service again! The group of gentlemen, Adam, Andre, and Vincent, were efficient and professional. They handled my possessions with care and took the time to ask questions regarding placement and setup. Baby Huey's was competitively priced and I feel a good overall value for the service provided. Prior to my move, Dennis had excellent communication and made sure I was aware of the movers' locations at all times. Again--an excellent experience.

My moving experience was very smooth thanks to my moving team. James did a great job about filling me in on issues, was very transparent with the timing of things, and was charismatic till the very end. I’ll be using Baby Hueys again the the future and will be recommending to others.

Additionally, cost, speed, and efficiency were right on par for what I expected.

We didn't have a lot of big furniture but what we had was moved efficiently and carefully. The lead was very good at keeping his guys on task. They were very respectful and all about getting the job done as not to drag it out and cost me more. If we have to move in the future I'll be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone

This was my third time hiring a company to move my baby grand piano and it was by far the best. You can tell the movers knew what they were doing, they double checked to make sure the peddles and keys were all working when they delivered it to the new house and the took special care to ensure there was no damage to my piano or the house. I was super impressed. They were very professional as well. 10/10 would recommend.
