Been here for years. Units are very convenient. They finally made the correct decision on staffing and hired Abraham. He is hospitable and helpful and was great to work with. Can’t say that about one of the employees we worked with in the past. But Abraham is amazing!

I had a great experience renting with Abraham, if you need a space or truck he's your go to guy! He was very helpful, everything went seamlessly. However, my partner had a horrible experience with the other guy who has long black hair, he was disrespectful. I'm glad Abrahams help made up for that.

Everything there is pretty much OK except for...... Xavier. He is the rudest and most useless employee. When asked for some help his response was simply, "I don't know" or "We're not U Haul." He is very condescending and talks to customers as if they are so stupid. All the other employees are nice and helpful except Xavier. He needs to be educated on how to provide good customer service.

Great customer service all around. Both Jade and Aberham were both a great help, extremely willing to help and willing to do anything to make sure the customer had a great experience. Mind you we were closing our storages so they had no reason to go the extra mile yet they did. Thank you!

This is possibly the best U-Haul in LA. Abraham runs a great business. Always a positive experience. I live near 3 Uhauls stores, but I drive out of my area to rent from this store.
