This morning while traveling NB on I95, there was several cars trying to get from behind and pass a dump truck between the 85mm-89mm due to large amounts of gravel falling out from under the gate, after I am able to get past them I called the company to report the issue and was advised they will have to get dispatch to figure out what truck it could have been due to traffic I was not able to get the truck number. A large piece of gravel cracked my windshield and several pieces chipped my windshield in several places I tried to call the company back about it they would not answer the phone. I was in the area of their office so I stopped by, the ladies didn’t seem to care and told me they place signs on the back of their trucks for this reason and they are not responsible and their insurance will not cover it (just because a sign is on the truck does not make them not responsible ) A very in considerate company!

Drivers are too lazy to get out wipe the lip clear of gravel showering rocks on my windshield. Called dot, have fun with the roadside

I’m driving down highway 80 minding my own business on cruise control and BN54 decided he wants to get over with barely any room between us so I hurry up and turn my blinker on to get in the left lane and before I can bam rock to my windshield then I get up beside him to tell him to pull over he hit my windshield with a rock he’s to busy smoking a cigarette to understand I guess and continues driving so then I get up to get in front of him and pull over at the Pooler parkway exit and guess who continues driving on by. Call the company and they aren’t “liable” that I need to go through my insurance company like excuse me then he needs to get over with enough space when he can be the distance we need to be back which says 100ft on his truck and he definitely wasn’t 100ft in front of me. Finally get to my daughter’s appointment and guess what is still on my windshield yepp the rock. I get it if I was riding his butt but I was away from him then he decided to come get in front of me with barely any space between us. So now Im going to have to pay for something that I didn’t cause.

On 10/9/23 we were traveling south on Rt 95 in Georgia. There was a B & N truck hauling construction equipment also traveling south on Rt 95. We were traveling about 80 mph when this truck actually passed us. This truck was moving back and forth between all the lanes including the far left lane. In our opinion this truck was a menace and put everyone on the road in danger with its speeding and lane weaving.

This company has no problem putting drivers lives in danger as well as anyone else on the road. Their own trucks are not compliant with USDOT regulations this company is very aware of the fact if their trucks come equipped with brakes such as a jakebrake it's supposed to be working properly. Or if equipped with a.c. once again supposed to be working properly by law. These are just two of the serious violations they're in fact guilty of. No worries as I as well as other's familiar with them have reported them the USDOT # & MC # too. If you see their trucks on the road beware. The USDOT AND MC NUMBERS ARE ON THEIR TRUCKS OR YOU CAN FIND IT BY GOOGLING COMPANY NAME

I just got a delivery today from them!! The driver Tim was just awesome, patient, very professional and friendly.

Their drivers are not cautious for no ones safety today wooden poles fell off thier truck and damaged my car and they didn't stop even after i tried to get thier attention
